Harassed and verbally abused my wife and mother-in-law. Their buffer tore up my carpet and solution it so sticky and matted it is worthless now.

I have read your report about how deceptive this company is. They have not changed. I bought a [redacted] for them. When they got here a day late, they wanted four times the amount. I told them to leave.

Had a great experience with JD at our home today. Carpets look great! Also, had an area rug for him to carry back for cleaning at their location. JD was very knowledgeable and courteous.

I would like to commend Safe-Dry and its employee, [redacted]
[redacted] cleaned my carpet prior to Thanksgiving, and before the expiration of the guarantee of it smelling 100% good, he came and took my rugs back with him.
He cleaned them in his warehouse and delivered them on Christmas Eve.
His kindness and attitude was absolutely the best and he did a great with the rugs too.
I will use them again

Terrible bait and switch tactics!!! Lied about square footage (like I can't measure and do math)... my 455 square foot room total (and that is if the rooms were empty, rooms are 14x16, 10x11, and 11x11) magically turned into 700 square feet. I was quoted over the phone at $69 for 300 square feet and .20 cents for every square foot over that so in total should have been about $100, price went up to $269 when they arrived. Even at their increased.45 cents per square foot because my rooms were "so bad" even though there were no major stains and we do not have inside pets, should have only been $139... Don't waste your time on these folks, they are out to rip you off...

The bottomline: it was an excellent job. We just relocated and needed to have the entire 2nd floor and the master bedroom in the first floor to clean before we could move our furniture in. The carpet specialist Joseph was on time arriving at hour house for our appointment, made measurements, and explained to us the options and differences. The process was made very easy and straightforward. He worked for about 3.5 hours continuously and the entire carpeted area looked new and smelled fresh. The job was spectacular. Joseph is a pro.

I spoke with Kimberly, their professional and very knowledgeable receptionist.
Justin was the technician and a scam artist, literally standing in my kitchen crying after getting off the phone with his so-called manager.

I reviewed the specials listed and Justin, stated the specials would only apply for basic. Cost went from 3 rooms for $88, $164-600 sqft, then when Justin measured the areas I needed clean (616 Sq ft) it went from $246 (deep clean) to $576 for deep clean with extras.

I didn't have time for Justin to complete the job. I really just wanted an estimate and he stated his manager would fire him, if he didn't complete something. Because he wouldn't leave and was crying, I let him complete part of the job. He walked on the floor with his outside shoes uncovered, which only carried dirt back on to the so called now cleaned carpet, which is not cleaned the way he promised. But guess what they won't come back because after it was done Justin said he did the deep clean, but wrote down he did the basic and the company doesn't guarantee the basic.

NOT THE COMPANY OF CHOICE!!!

I have not spoken with the manager, but I'm sure I will not be happy after reading the complaints.
