Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning

We hired Safe Dry because they were a safer carpet cleaning company compared to others on the market. [redacted] came to out and was a great representative for the company, he was professional and quick.

This is our first time using a dry carpet cleaning company and we are very satisfied with the convenience of the process as well as the end result. We have always used the steam cleaning process but the carpet always would stay wet for so long. I saw Safe-Dry advertising dry in 1 hour and thought we would give it a try. Steven our technician was very professional and explained what he would be doing before he got started. An hour and a half later the carpet in our home not only looked as good as it did when we had it installed 5 years ago, but was almost dry already. Very satisfied with the customer service and professionalism from start to finish.

I am very pleased with my experience with Safe-Dry. They were quick to schedule an appointment at my house. The prices were reasonable. The technician who came to my house, [redacted], was professional and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and why. He worked diligently, and I was happy with the outcome. I would recommend this company.

I bought a groupon for carpet cleaning. They have brought "life" to the carpets again. It had not been cleaned for 8 years and when Tayler finished it looked brand new again. [redacted] was very knowledgeable and respectful and really explained the process in a manner that left no room for misinterpretation. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism and how they overextended themselves to make me happy. I would definitely recommend them. They are a bit pricey but the quality is well worth it!

Hi there! I just had my carpet cleaned by A.J and what a great experience!! What nice professional guy he is! My carpet ( I thought) was going to be the worst he has seen and actually didn't have high hopes of the carpet actually getting cleaned and boy was I wrong!!!!! It was honestly like magic watching the stains disappear!!!!! I'm sooooooooo happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone needs to use them!!!!!!!

Excellent service!! The job was to carpet-clean two rooms and stairs that had not been cleaned in several years (way too long). The cleaned carpet looks like new and smells fresh! Our tech (Joseph) took special care to clean pet stains (that I had tried to clean) and all but the worst are completely gone. (And the worst are hardly noticeable now; he had point out the remaining stains as I couldn't see them.) The Safe-Dry tech (Joseph) was onsite ahead of schedule and worked constantly until completion. He fully explained what needed to be done and showed me the areas of concern. He spent extra time to get the best result. I could not be more pleased with this service and Joseph and will recommend them to anyone who asks me! And I certainly will call on them again.

We had Safe-Dry come out to our home for carpet and ductwork cleaning and were given a date and appointment time. They called before their appointment time to let us know they were on their way. We found [redacted] and [redacted] to be very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. [redacted] was able to answer all my husband's questions on the methods used to clean the ductwork in our 2 story home. We were extremely pleased with the results and manner in which the work was performed and Tommy's follow up visit. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends.

I needed my carpets cleaned and I called safedry, which was recommended to me by a friend. They said over the phone they would arrive by 11am, which they did! The gentleman who cleaned my carpets, was ANTHONY. He was a very professional and honest person! I had dropped $10.00 outside the night before, and Anthony had found it and gave it back to me upon arriving to clean the carpets! I would definitely recommend safedry to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned and a big thanks to ANTHONY! Very satisfied with my carpets!!!!

Aj was very professional and thorough with his measurements. We didn't have our whole house done because we were quoted something way different on the phone but that was not AJ's fault. When calling ask for specifics and level of cleaning price so it won't be a surprise when thy arrive.
