Safebound Moving & Storage

This is our first time moving. We lived in a house that was passed down from my grandparents for the past 37 years and I thought this would be close to impossible. But Jay assured me from the start, everything would be covered. I let them do it all from start to finish. I didn't even bother trying to pack anything ourselves. At the end, here we are with our stuff safe at our new home. Highly recommended!

Safebound was very quick and professional about our move from Maryland to Florida. The guys showed up exactly when they said they would and had our home loaded on there truck in just over 3 hours. The unloading was even faster. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable moving company.

The movers who came to move me from California to Florida were great. They were on time, meticulous in packing, careful with my belongings, courteous, friendly, and above all hard workers. I was given a dedicated truck which was such a time saver and no mistake about missing items or getting other people's belongings. The truck made it in 5 days . The movers kept me updated by phone. They also arrived at my new place in Florida on time. Placed unwrapped and placed all my furniture pieces where I wanted them placed.

Drivers were excellent.

The crew was a pleasure to work with. The pack went smooth and the guys made everything go smooth. One of the guys was also on the delivery crew in Boston and they treated all of the furniture and property and reassembled everything well. I will highly recommend your company to my friends who will be moving some furniture from Delray beach to Cape Cod. You can also use my name as a reference. I have never had to hire a moving company before so this was all new for me. We received quotes from 5 companies which included Safebound Logistics. I researched each company and read reviews and although they were not the cheapest quote, the decision was made to use Safebound, and I am SO glad we did! Patric and his team were flawless! I had a fantastic experience with Safebound Logistics. From the moment I requested a quote to the time the truck delivered our furniture and life, it was a pleasant experience. They arrived on the day we had scheduled and on time. They delivered our apartment furniture and belongings faster than quoted, it arrived within three days!!!! Searched my area for 3 different movers. Mike came out and did an on-site estimate. I chose Safebound because they promised me my delivery date would be on 11/24. Well, they met my request. From the initial call to the end of the move, I feel as these guys take their reputation very seriously. Patric gave me his cell phone number just in case I needed to get a hold of him after work hours. I've posted a bulletin at work in case anyone needs movers. The moving industry has such a bad reputation, but I know these guys do their best to prove people otherwise. Hardworking would be my magic word for these guys. Cheers!

This is now my THIRD time using Safebound logistics in the past two years! I used them a year ago to move some personal items to two different family members in different parts of the country. I was trying to spend the least amount of money for the best quality service. That is exactly what I did. Shawn's team couldn't have coordinated the entire operation any smoother. The Safebound team showed up on time, packaged and transported my items in a timely manner. Just this past week I had to urgently move my mother into a assisted living home. With two days notice Safebound PACKED my mothers entire house and relocated her across the STATE. These guys really work wonders. As a customer I could not be more happy! Thank you :))

AMAZING! I can't stress it enough. Ron ( my sales guy) was beyond knowledgable, guiding me through all of my moving options. I needed 3 quotes to submit to my employer but they gave me a budgeting cap and allowed me to pick who I felt most comfortable with. The movers showed up in uniform, well prepped and ready to work. They treated me with respect and most importantly, my dog! I always love being around people who love animals. While my stuff was in transit, ron, would answer all my texts regarding my delivery address, which was changed 2 times due to the leasing office screwing me out of an apartment. Ugh! I have already referred them to my EX-Coworkers. Moving made simple- as stated online. Cant thank them enough.

My experience with Safebound Logistics was great! Ron coordinated the entire move and allowed me to stay in touch even on Sunday. They came, they packed, and they were off. The rain played a factor on my elevator reservation but there is nothing I can do. (Lost my deposit with the building) In the end, having my items in my possession is what matters. God Bless.
