The last two payments are STILL not showing up on our Sallie Mae on-line account.  We have made 3 payments in the past month and NONE of them have posted yet.  The first two were by check via U.S. Postal Service.  The past payment was made on-line this past Thursday.  They still haven't posted it.  We have always had problems with Sallie Mae NOT posting our payments in a timely manner.  NONE of our other bills have a problem getting to their destinations by U.S. Postal Service.  My son and I both have been contacted by Valerie with the Customer Advocate Center with Sallie Mae.  Valerie was rude and "talked down" to me and to my son.  She didn't solve anything and acted very "annoyed" and denied everything that we stated about the payments.  I informed Valerie that because of this, we will NEVER use Sallie Mae again for student loans.  We have a daughter in high school and when college time comes for her, we will DEFINITELY not use them.  Sallie Mae has by far been the worst customer service and since they have merged with Navient, it has been much worse.  None of our payments are showing up and our account is showing that we haven't made payments since MARCH 2015.  We have made several payments since then and don't understand why they aren't posting them.  Please help me in this matter as my son and I have spent several hours trying to get this straightened out.  Our son is in school still and Sallie Mae also keeps claiming that he isn't in school and needs to start paying back his loans beginning in June 2015.  He still has 2 more years in college.  We chose the "deferred payment" option and only to make "interest only" payments while he is still in school.  Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.  We are upset and really tired of getting the run around from Sallie Mae.

I have not received a letter from Sallie Mae regarding the details of their resolution to my complaint.  In addition, they have not included any information in their response to the Revdex.com detailing what they did to resolve their issue.  I want confirmation, in writing, that they have applied the credit AND recalculated the accrued interest correctly.
