Advocate contacted the customer by telephone on January 7, 2015 and resolved the
issue with the customer.

Sallie Mae website is absolutely the worst site I have ever been on. I could put several issues, but let me limit my issues to a few. 1) enter in all your personal info and it displays you child's name as logged in. Either they are displaying the wrong log-in name or the system mistakenly assumes I am my child. 2) Go and setup an account with user name and password and it will not let you log in. 3) Go through website to recover user name and password, no help 4) No way to send an email or other media, can only call, 60s technology.
