They advertised face masks for the price of I received the face masks and was less than pleased with the qualityThe pictures they have on the website are misleadingThe material that these are made from makes it seem like they just cut a rectangle and sewn it togetherthe top and bottom are just open material with no sewn edgesVERY cheapI am glad I got these on sale otherwise I would be very upset if I had to pay full price for this
HOWEVER I did also get "fleece" versions and they are phenomenalgreat quality and will most definitly come in handy for my weekend tripThere is a downside to this howeverI also recieved a hat which I also love and a HoodyThe hoody had a small tear ion the left hipsideIt is a hole about inches wideI will sew this up myself because I need a hoody for this weekend tripThey wanted me to pay for shipping to send it back and then they would send me anotherNO THANKSI have read the reviews on here and I will NOT be doing thatAll in all I am satisfied with about 30% of my orderI think if they upped the quality of the face masks and close sew the ends it would make things far betterThey also sent me I didn't particularly likeThey said mine was one back orderi would have gladly waited for the right face mask =

Worst costumer service I have had in a very long timeI ordered face shields on May 5thOn May 20th my order was still not at my house so I called themThey explained something happened with my address with USPS, and that I would have to wait until my order came back before they would ship it back to meOn June 6th I called again about my order only to find out the received it days prior, but had yet to ship it out! I requested it be overnighted since I had to wait so long for something that was an error on their partI was told no, and also that they were helping me out by not making me pay to have it re-shipped! Needless to say I requested my money back immediatelyWill not do business with them ever again

This company is horrible with customer serviceI ordered their face shields over two weeks ago and have heard nothingThey have taken my money and given no feedback or updates on shipping nor will their answer emails chats or phone calls

Ordered for the first time in October approxa week or after placing my order I did not receive my items Gave them a call to follow up on my order and gave them all information they asked for and they said it will be taken care of It's now December and I have not received my order I just called them to cancel and get a refund They said they will refund my card in dayshopefully what they say is true this time and I get my refund Worst customer servicethey never even tried to reach out to me about my order, just took my money and did no action on their side This type of simple transaction shouldn't be difficult Save yourself the troubledon't use this company

At first I was very skeptical about buying from this site because of the F rating and all the bad reviewsBUT When I ordered, I expected what everyone was saying about the shippingThat it takes 2-3weeksTo my surprise I got all of my masks (free from deal) in the 1-day shippingI hate to see this company have such bad ratings when they do deliver their productAlso the quality is better than I expected! GREAT XMAS GIFTS!!!

I placed a order for shirts , hat & face shields on June 26, SA Cotaking my payment immediately and did not process the order for daysSo on jun I receive email notification that my order is being processed along w a tracking numberPatiently waiting deliver as of July still no delivery I check the tracking number and it comes up not found , at this point I decide to call customer service to question the shipmentThey tell me multiple items were back ordered and the order had not shippedI ask why I wasn't notified on the back order and delay of shipment and the customer service representative says we just hired a person to handle back orders so this won't be a problem with future ordersI ask when I can expect my order to ship? They assure me it would ship by Wednesday , once again a week goes by tans NO delivery!!! I call July and get another customer service representative that tells me , yes I see your order here and we just got the items to fill your order so it will ship out today ( jul 10)Well needless to say the order did not ship until July now with the weekend here I won't recover the order till early next week which I will have waited over days for my attireOn a side note what company shuts down the entire operation from 12:15-1:for lunch ?

I placed an order on November 11, for their "Flurry Pack" and I paid immediately via credit card I promptly received an automated email confirming my purchase On November 30, I received an email from SA Company stating that they shipped my order and provided me with a USPS tracking number I waited another week and my order still did not arrive I sent several unanswered e-mails to SA Company I then tried the tracking number SA Company provided to me on the USPS site To my surprise the tracking number did not exist I then called USPS and they said that the number SA Company provided to me was invalid I called SA Company and they assured me that they sent the package and provided me with the exact non-valid tracking number Since I know based on USPS stating that they do not have a package under that tracking number, I will now contact my credit card company to recover my payment charge from SA Company DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT use this company Very frustrating since this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for a family member
