Placed order 7/30 still don't have it 8/18. No valid tracking number either. They will not answer my emails or the phone. DON'T order from them.

Loved the product. The company was easy to deal with. No issues whatsoever. Definitely will shop here again.

I was overly excited to see the ad for the buy 1 get 4 free face shields and I went ahead and bought 2 packages. My intention was to use them for snowboarding as it can get bitter up here in upstate NY. I realized my error that the face shields I had purchased were only meant for sun protection, not so much for warmth. I quickly went to find an e-mail to cancel my order and saw the horrifying reviews on Revdex.com about their customer service. Nervously, I sent an e-mail to the one listed on this site (Tom) and waited to hear back. This was at 1AM EST on 12/18/16. It is now 9AM on 12/18/16 and I already have my refund confirmation from PayPal. I did not have a single negative thing to say about the experience and I am very thankful they handled the situation so quickly.

Because of this situation I will most likely be purchasing some of their fleece face shields later in the season when I will actually need them.

Excellent customer service, fast shipping. Awesome product. Very pleased. I am very pleased with the way I was treated and the items I purchased. Everyone should try these.

I purchased 5 of these face shields for winter & airsoft, I'm more than happy with them!, my friends ask where did you get them I tell um Salt armour!!!

HORRIBLE experience. I ordered, the money was taken out of my account right away, shipping promised in 3-5 days. 20 days later and still no product. I called and Noone answered for 22 minutes!! The customer service girl had no clue how to help. She said our order was put in wrong so it was delayed. I asked why I wasn't notified and she just couldn't say. NEVER AGAIN, HUGE RIP OFF.

Few points on my experience with you company:

- Team has not provided a full address for delivery, as they have left out the PO Box # that has been provided in the order form. As a result shipment was returned back to the send as soon as it reached my town.

- Shipping contractor took over 4 weeks to deliver a small package, which should have take only 7 days as advertised during the payment, for which I have payed 22USD.

-SA company has held my money for over 2.5 month now, even though tracking showed from 11 December (5 weeks ago) that shipment was on the way back and reached their office over 3 weeks ago, however I have not received any money back

-Company failed to accept its inability to provide services of a good standard and only blamed others and kept holding my money even though the issue occurred as a result of their own mistake(s).

-The only positive thing that I can mention, that at least at some point they have replying on my messages, however on the last e-mail I received notification that e-mail is not monitored any more that I shall contact using web chat or telephone.

Good company with a grate product.

Ordered some face shields for working out in the cold and they are perfect. Cant wait for the summer to wear them while fishing. Also got the hoodie and beanie deal and there both good quality. I would recommend to everyone. Awesome colors and designs too.

This company was great to me and everyone I know that has dealt with them. I've had multiple orders and have never waited longer than 5 days to receive any order. The customer service is great and the quality of their products are incredible. I would, and already have for friends, recommend purchasing from this company as you won't be disappointed.

My experience with Salt Armour wasn't too shabby. I saw an ad that their face shields were 5 for 15 dollars so I figured,"Why not check it out? It's only 15 bucks." I selected all my choices and found a promo code for 20% off so I was spending 15 dollars flat since the promo code took care of shipping. They have the option to add a "mystery" face shield for around 3-4 bucks so I threw that on the order just for fun. My order went through fine, I got a confirmation email, and 2 days later a email saying they shipped along with a tracking number. It arrived at my post office on 18NOV and was shipped 8NOV so pretty good order to order received time. I added a personal note asking for my "mystery" face shield to be something subtle and not over the top since I'm wanting to use these for the purpose, not for looks. Whether they paid attention to that or not, I don't know, but my mystery face shield was the same pattern as one I chose with a subtle "face like" design on it so I was pleased. Now, for the actual product, I was wanting to use these for cold weather purposes but man are these things thin. They might add a little bit of cold wind and weather resistance but not much. That being said, I don't think that's really the purpose and I should have looked more into that. I believe they're more for keeping the sun off of you and soaking up your sweat. I don't like that the ends of the face masks aren't sewn to prevent the fabric from splitting. I think this also makes the ends not very elastic and it slides off your face easier than if it did. Overall, for the price I got the product for, not bad at all. Now if I payed the normal price of $75 for 5, yeah I wouldn't be happy. The only reason I bought these though was because they had a good price.

They have a wide selection of quality face shields to choose from. Great prices, fast shipping, and they even carry cold weather face shields.

This company pays more for their advertising than for their products. They are not high quality at all. They are quick to take you payment but their claim of fast shipping is a lie. It took almost a month for our products to arrive only for them to be the wrong designs. It's not worth your time to deal with this company. Make your own face masks for less expense and better quality. This purchase was a bad joke.

So I ordered a pack that came with 4 face shields , a t shirt, and a hat. When choosing the shipping options it said 1-2 to process, and 2-4 days to ship, 6 days later there is still no movement. After waiting through 15 minutes or their anoying intro when you call, they told me that the hats were on back order and they should receive them in the next few days, that it was supposed to be a pre order pack. Yet the diddnt have that listed on the ordering page? They may have nice products but their customer service is terrible. They have my email and have sent me multiple emails promoting things, yet they couldn't send me one to let me know they were mainiting the status of their incubatory on their website and I'd have to wait for the products to get in before I could receive them? Also, I ised the promo for one free face shield, and all it did was subtract a penny from the over all cost. Horrible expierence and I would not recommend anyone to trust them to get a package to them on time

This company is no scam what so ever. There material in their product is very good n so is their product. Definitely will be buying from these guys again.

Their customer service is just the best. They have very prompt service and their products are very nice. Their products are also very durable and will last a very long time. You can just see how well their craftsmanship is and you know they put alot of thought in how they carry themselves and what kind of buisness they want to be

SA Gear is great, but the service has been terrible in my experience. The Company claims to have quick response times, and yet my responses have taken 2+ months to receive. Their live chat function typically puts you in a place where you have to wait a minimum of an hour to connect with them, and they seem to disregard personal complaints and try buttering a guy up by offering additional 80% savings. They consistently have 80% savings offered, and it has come to light that this is their way of marketing and trying to withhold working relations with people. However, when you can get a 80% deal almost daily, offering an individual 80% direct does not do justice. SA failed to get one package into my hands ($60 lost), and my last package came with only 9 of 12 face shields (they were ordered in November as xmas presents, and I just received them January 10). Now its back to the waiting game due to their response time.

As mentioned, the gear is amazing. As a hunter, they work and they work good. But getting them into your hands, for a fair price, has proven not to be the case for myself as a Canadian Resident.

I just loved their amazing deals and quick shipping. Got my purchase on time and in perfect condition!
