I am so beyond disappointed with this company. I placed an order on 11/17/16. I did not receive this order at the time because the computer did not save all of my addy info, why their system would let me continue to place order without it...IDK...however I did pay for order through PayPal so it should have my info and addy regardless. I I then called back on 11/29/16 didn't get an invoice but rather en email to pay $5 for shipping again. This was not an error on my behalf, so why was I being asked by this company to pay for shipping again?? I paid it because I wanted these face shields for my husband and figured since I spoke to someone within the company they would be reshipped. I was assured by the CSR that it would be expedited to me within 2-4 days. IDK how this is an expedited when originally that was the shipping time frame. I have tried to call to be on hold for over 30 minutes trying to speak to someone with no one answering. I have tried multiple emails that are on the website as well as emails that are listed on automatic generated response to purchases and have not had any lucky with that either, cause no one monitors them. I am told to call or I can live chat through a link that was sent...GUESS WHAT NO ONE IS ON THE LIVE CHAT!?!?!? I finally received this package a month later. I believe the only reason at this time I received it was because I did a complaint through PayPal. This seller is unpredictable and if you do not use PayPal you may not get the package. No explanation to me why it was never shipped the 2nd time on 11/29/16. Just a bunch of I am sorry... Will never order from them again...EVER!

Great selection of colors and styles. For a windbreak these are great. Fit is snug. If you fish you need these to keep your face out of the wind on that high speed run to the grounds..

I ordered 5 face shields from this company. I have used them before a few times and never had a problem. I re lived my order but there was only 1 instead of 5. So I called them and told them, they said "sorry" and "it was our mistake" we will ship the rest out today. How can you complain about that? Thanks Salt Armour, you guys have a very professional company. When I called, there was a recording that said thank you for call here is our customer service team and then a lady answered.
I will be using you for fishing attire, snowmobiling and dirt bike accessories, outdoor gear, and I love your military appreciation gear.
I wish there were more companies that were ran like yours; great business model.

Extremely disappointed with this Company... They offered free shipping to Australia, I purchased , 2 weeks later I receive an email stating they wanted more money for shipping as it was a Clerical error .. Rather than wearing it , they wanted extra payment for shipping.. If you are a Company , and you make a mistake , you must bear the cost ( all of $20 to them ) , but they would sooner receive bad publicity and probably cost the business 10 - 20 sales ...

If you're from another country BEWARE, they will try to hit you up for more of your money......

I bought several face shields from Salt Armour. The products exceeded my expectations. Both of my brothers have purchased face shields for them and their kids after using mine. I will definitely be purchasing from Salt Armour in the future.

Horrible place of customer service! Ordered took two weeks to ship and they got the order wrong! Was supposed to receive 5 face mask. I got 4, 3 were right and they ran out of the fourth so they picked another one there self that I didn't even want! And still haven't receive the fifth. The won't return emails or answer there phone. Don't use this company!

The face shields I bought for my son are terrific. Walking up a hill to school everyday with the wind in your face can be so annoying, but with the face shield on he is doing fine. Once I ordered them they came in a timely fashion and my son stopped complaining about the wind in his face. The designs are pretty cool as well. I'm really glad I bought them for him and he tells all his friends where he got them.

Very good customer service! After I received my 3 fleece face shields from one of their sales I got a follow up phone call a few weeks later. You don't see very many companies doing that anymore. Their products are very high quality for a great price!

I must say that I was very pleased with the SA fleece face shields that I purchased. I use them at work,hunting and around the house when the temperature is low. I highly recommend the fleece face shields.
