I ordered face-shields from Salt Armour and am very pleased with them!! They shipped them out right away and got to my house in no time! I really like the face-shields because they are very light and thin but at the same time do the job of blocking the wind and keeping my face warm! I highly recommend this product!!!

I have ordered multiple times from Salt Armor and Alpha Defense to include several face shields, thermal fleece face shields, a beanie, and a hooded sweatshirt They are great I wear the face shields on the water, at the range, and even while I mow the yard They are extremely comfortable and serve their purpose well The thermal fleece shields are very warm
In addition to the great products, SA has great customer service Very friendly and always willing to help Can't recommend them enough Give them a try and you will not be disappointed

I first saw Salt Armour as an advertisement on my Facebook page, they looked like good qualityI ordered the face shields a week ago and I paid for the 1-day shippingdays after I ordered it, it still had not arrivedso I contacted the shipping company and they informed me that the package had not even been sent out by SASo I decide to do the online chat with one of SA's customer support repsHe first blamed the shipping company, but after I called him out on that, he finally agreed to look to find my packageafter waiting minutes, he finally returned telling me that it had been sitting there for a week

Ordered Faceshields from SA a month ago. Shipping was super fast. Customer service is first class. Their product is top notch as well. Lifesaver as a tournament angler.

Placed an order December 5th with the promise of delivery within the week for 5 items. The next day I get a shipping confirmation email and tracking numbers. I allow days to pass before I check the status of the tracking numbers. I found that the items had not yet shipped and called the tracking company to question if it was their fault or the company. Was told to contact the company as the label had only been created not that they had been submitted to the delivery facility. So I waited another week to allow for holiday orders I assumed would be busy more so than usual. No problem. Finally last week after no updates on tracking info I actually got in contact with a online chat person from the website. "[redacted]" told me that a few items in my order were on back order, should be received within days and would be shipped within a few days. A week later, still no movement on tracking info. Tried contacting again this week to no avail. Investigated further about this company based on reviews and the like, mixed reviews but without a doubt tons more negative reviews with almost identical issues as mine. Fake company, stealing money, 0 customer service. There should be a better way to weed out these scammers! So wrong to do any time of the year but especially during the holiday season. Very disappointed.

I've placed too separate orders with the company and have been extremely pleased with both the product and the customer service I have received. My orders were quick to process and ship, and the time I did have a question about the status of my order the customer service was outstanding. They were friendly and professional, answered my questions straightforward and didn't make it feel like I was talking to some other customer services I've dealt with.

I placed an order on Nov. 15th, received a confirmation email the same day and my credit card was promptly billed as well. Specified arrival date came and went and no product received. After a week I began calling customer service to track my order. No answer as in NOBODY PICKED UP THE PHONE. I kept getting the same recording the the subscribers mailbox is full and not accepting anymore messages.
So I tried sending them an email but this too went unanswered. I tried using there fax line to send them a note and a copy of my order confirmation... the fax line also went unanswered as in THERE WASN'T A MACHINE ON THE OTHER END TO PICK-UP THE CALL.
What is rally upsetting is that I see this companies advertisements all over social media. Additionally their message boards and pictures are being updated every single day.

I recently purchased the regular and the fleece face mask packages from SA Inc. The product and the service I received was absolutely amazing. Thank you SA Inc. look forward to doing business with you again.

After seeing this company on Facebook I decided to try their products. On April 30 2015 I ordered 3 face shields, which was promptly followed up with a paid invoice and receipt via email from SA on same day. After 10 days I inquired about my order via email, and they responded that the shipment left on May 5th, but no tracking info was available. I waited 5 working days, nothing came in so I called customer service direct. I was told my order DID NOT ship on the 5th as stated in their email to me. I was told on the phone my order shipped on the 7th, still nothing has shown up as of May 19th, so today I had my credit card company charge back the entire amount and SA did not even dispute. This is not a trustworthy company.
