On 12/4/19 as my husband and I about to leave my mother's residence in SLC, we discovered her hot water heater was leaking. I called the 24-hour phone number where the operator took my information. Even though Same Day's office opened at 7 a.m., Steve at Same Day called at 6:55 a.m. and took my information. By 12:30 p.m. Same Day's employees were at my Mom's house and replaced not only her over 15 year old water heater, but they also replaced all connecting ducts and pipes. My Mom and I were very pleased with the promptness and great service Same Day supplied. We will use them again.

George was very professional but very friendly and I felt like he did a very thorough job testing our furnace and explaining everything to me! Same Day heating and air is great!
