The work Isaah did was great, very professional. He kept all areas clean and completed the job in about an hour. The only issue was the cost. With a disposal not costing much it showed high hourly rates, that would be the downfall of future work.

After our local company was not returning our calls, I reached out to Same Day. Even though it was the day before Thanksgiving, Dre came to the rescue. After explaining to him that I couldn’t afford a major fix, he did the best he could to get us heat! Unfortunately after he left, the motor failed. But he came back that afternoon. We needed a major repair. I broke into tears. We have a lot going on in my family right now. He explained the repair and that we would have to wait till Friday to get the part, which because of the holiday, we so understood. We had been without heat for quite awhile and one more day wasn’t going to kill us! Dre returned early this morning and did so much of the cleaning of our furnace without charging us and on his own time. We were able to finance the repair and I am so grateful to this young man. We had been without heat on and off for two months! I am thrilled to say our home is warm again! Dre was so calm and professional, we are grateful that this young man was our repair man!

Mr Joey L came out to do the service on our Furance. He gave me the itemized charges and was very good in his ability to get the job done in a timely manner. The price we discussed was reasonable and done in a professional manner. I would recommend their services, and use them again in the future.

I’ve tried four other companies in SLC, with mixed results. Same Day won the job installing two each: water heaters, furnaces, and AC units. Their service after the installation for make-goods and routine maintenance has been excellent.

Called on a Friday and explained our furnace was out. They came within hours and went to work. Job took on a life of its own, but stayed with it late into the evening. The next morning another problem came up. A quick text to the technician and he was back to our home immediately. Made sure we were satisfied in ever way.

Gave us an estimate of the repair cost and kept me informed of his progress during the repair. Kept to the estimate and explained the charges. Contacted the furnace manufacture and arranged for parts to be covered by our warranty.

We were completely satisfied with the service we received.

On time, professional and courteous from the time we called to schedule an appointment right through the actual service call. A great organization to work with!

Bet and switch advertising Tactics
I receive a flier from SameDay Heating & Air for a "$69 Sewer Main Rooter Service with Camera".
They arrive 10/26/2018
They verify that my coupon is valid.
I show they the drain. - they say it will not work because it has to be 3" but a toilet will work.
I point to the basement easy and accessible.
They say there is an extra charge for toilets. I ask how much and they say $175!!!
I loose it. I know enough plumbing to know that it is a simple "S" curve difference to go through a toilet.
I give them a second chance and say they can do the drain by the furnace, use the toilet for no up-charge or get out of my house.
They choose to leave.

THAT IS CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH FALSE ADVERTISING AND THE PUBLIC NEEDS TO BE WARNED!!!

Same Day was great! We had them modify an existing system, adding forced air heating and cooling in addition to our existing boiler system. They set up a heat pump to take advantage or our warmer days, and help us utilize some of our solar panel energy.

The technicians were friendly, and clean. I would recommend them to anyone!

These guys were great! After having to cancel and reschedule at the last minute they did the rooter router for free! They were punctual and the technician was professional!

I’ve been a customer for over ten years. My son got diagnosed with asthma and I had same day come in and out a humidifier in my house along with a UV filter system and his symptoms stopped. This is a wonderful company and the service guys always wear protective footing so your house doesn’t get dirty and they are always polite and professional

SameDay Heating & Air has been out to my home many times to take care of different service areas. We've used them for HVAC tune-ups, Sewer line repair, had them install a new hot water heater. Every interaction has been great. They've always cleaned up after themselves and were super respectful of my sleeping baby. The last technician I had out asked when she would nap so that he could do the noisy part before I put her down. Their techs are the best!

I called them out to fix an ac problem, Josh came out and diagnosed the problem. he said the wiring to the thermostat had failed. I asked him how much to repair it. His answer was a flat fee of $700. I asked if there were any cheaper options. He said he was the low man on the pole and to call management. That was the fee. I called around and found a company that would install a wireless thermostat for $300. Same Day is a ripoff. Think twice about using them. Plus they charged me $69 for nothing. They deserve 0 Stars.

Paid Same Day Heating/Air for a pre-season and full system analysis.
They found an issue with the flue, so paid ~$340 to repair on 4/14. Another inspector came on 4/21 to find that the replacement of pipe does not meet code due to improper piping material used.. He had to red sticker the furnace in question for improper ventilation. After calling the company on 4/20 informing them of the issue, a call was not returned until 4/24. They were to come at 11am (based on their inquiry of what time we could be there/available) and failed to show up. At this point, I do not consider this company reliable or to uphold their advertising of Same Day service. I m requesting a full refund of the repair costs and the annual service contract fee, as I do no plan to use this company again. Considering we chose to use this company for electrical, plumbing and HVAC they have really failed us.
