I am so pleased with the service, professionalism, courtesy and safety of Same Day Heating and Air. Dre greeted me at the door, put on protective shoe covers, explained the problem with our furnace, gave us options for now and in the future. Dre is an excellent worker. In the past, I have had very bad experiences with rude or creepy service guys, but not today. Very happy. The furnace is fixed and our house is warm. $69 service call. Plus extra to fix it.

SameDay Heating & Air lived up to their name in sending Service Technician Joey *** to my home on the very same day scheduled. Other electricians I've endured in the past sometimes didn't enjoy showing up as planned, opting to rest in a hammock, leaving me to deal with electrical concerns on my own. Well before I could insist he forgo wearing plastic shoe coverings, Joey had slipped the things on and marched boldly downstairs to the furnace room with marked confidence. When informed that I’d been resorting to folding furnace filters in half to fit in place, Joey introduced measuring the area to be sure that future filters of the correct size were purchased. With the concise measurements in hand, Joey ordered a large stack of quality filters specifically designed for the irregularly sized space which was nothing short of heroic. Joey was very professional as well as quick, kind and courteous. He fixed everything, made everything shine and sparkle and made me feel safer about my heating situation. If SameDay Heating & Air opts to hand Mr. a big raise, they will again be doing the right thing. Thank you for your help, Joey, I'll spread the good news that you are a Service Technician to be trusted.

I use Same Day for my personal home and rental. I always get prompt and reliable service. The technicians are professional and seem to be honest and transparent about what may be vital to protect and ensure the system runs well vs something that may not be necessary at the time but could be in the future.
