The technician Steve was very professional. Inspected & cleaned our system. He found a few minor thing with the furnace, which he corrected. He found the condenser on the ac was going bad. Since our home is fairly new he checked our warranty which had never been submitted by the builder. The warranty had never been sent in. Steve still replaces the condenser for the warranty price. BTW Steve also showed us the readings on both parts to assure us he was on the up m up. I highly recommend!

We recently had Same Day Heating & Air out to our home to fix a leaking year-old kitchen faucet and toilet. The plumber, Landon, suggested a whole home plumbing check and am I grateful he did. He found my main water line breaks into two lines as it enters the house, one for the upstairs and one for the downstairs. Landon found the upstairs line did not have a pressure regulator installed. After checking the water pressure, he determined it to be over 100 psi which was what was causing the leaky faucet and toilet. He got everything repaired and installed the pressure regulator the same day. Thank you Landon!

I personally think this SameDay Heating & Air•Plumbing•Electrical should just stop ripping people off. A Technician by the name of Darren D came out to my house telling my wife that this part and that part is broken and we have to replace them. What he did is just cleaned the Evap. Coil. He then Charged us for his service $497.00. Not even an hour, he did not even use the solution that he supposedly use to clean. He asked my daughter if she can fill up a spray bottle with water and that is what he used to cleaned the coil. We paid $200.00 and they demand the remaining $297.00. What these people doing is just out right rip off. I then called the other company, they told me 45 dollars just for them to come out to my house and $20.00 an additional hour. Now this people understand, but $495.00 for half an hour?... I would never even waste my breath recommend Same Day Heating & Air•Plumbing•Electrical to anyone not even to a Whale. You don't even deserve a star.
In response to these comments by the husband of the customer, whom would not offer his name to address him or the concern, are the following details and observations of the service call. Customer called in stating that the furnace was not heating the house around 3 pm on New Year’s Eve. The technician was dispatched and in route by 3:40. He arrived at 4:21 and performed diagnosis and service until 5:40 pm and finishing documentation at 5:55 pm. He was informed the customer didn’t have money for the dispatch fee or any repairs. Understanding that it was New Year’s Eve and that there were also 3 children at the home, the technician continued to work with the customer to find out how to get the furnace working before he left. While at the home he discovered a furnace not operating properly with the evaporator coil plugged and debris impacted on the motor windings of the blower wheel. This was causing a limit switch to trip and the furnace to not operate. Further investigation revealed that the filter was not in the proper position and allowing dust and debris to flow through unfiltered. The lack of maintenance and improper filtering had caused the furnace to not work. The technician gave options to the customer and she selected to clean the furnace, to at least get it up and running. The cleaning of the evaporative coil was chosen and all other recommendations declined. Given the financial situation and exhausting other finance options, the customer was allowed to pay over two checks. The customer and her daughter very thankful to the technician for his efforts in accommodating their situation and getting it up and running.
Apparently, the furnace was not working some time thereafter and another company was called. The $20 hourly rate would put any company paying their employees properly out of business. Our technicians strive to be professional every single call and are compensated appropriately. Our technician was going out of his way on a holiday for nearly 2 ½ hours to help someone out. I applaud Darren’s efforts and SameDay is lucky to have him.
I called the husband on 1/4/19 to apologize that he was upset and may not have received all the information personally from the technician for his own understanding. I mentioned right away that we are refunding any money collected and going to wave the balance owed. Our owner had even authorized that we return on our dime, pay for parts and get the furnace to a better situation altogether. In the conversation, I only got as far as refunding and waving the fees. The husband was argumentative and kept asking how we could charge our fees and accusations of cheating people of money were made. After trying to help him understand where we were coming from and our intentions four or five times with more accusations, I told him that we did not want to upset him. At this point, I had enough and told him that he should not talk about our technician that way, yell at our staff, and that he is more than welcome to choose the company he wants to work with.
We have used Sameday Heating and air 3 times now and they do an excellent job each time. Great service and very prompt.
