the last three times. So I don't want to close the complaint until they give me a reasonable answer.

Please add your rejection comments below. A Samsonite rep named Sarah left me a voicemail on 12/3/15 at 9:50am, citing reference number [redacted]. Today 12/7, I tried to call her back at [redacted] as she indicated, but was placed in a long hold queue. I have already given Samsonite more than enough time on the phone and in person to resolve this complaint, and my time is too valuable to continue to sit on hold on the phone. I would appreciate them resolving this with me over email using the Revdex.com system, instead of by phone.

I was just emailed return labels for these items. The items have ALREADY been returned! Once again, I confirmed with the latest customer service representative that they have my correct contact information and [redacted] tracking numbers in their records. I was promised a refund once [redacted] picked up the items. I called and notified them of such, and nothing, no call-back, no refund.

As of 12/7/2015, consumer issue resolved and she accepted resolution.

Consumer was contacted 1/5 by Samsonite Consumer Relations: He was advised that his credit card company needed to assist with the fraudulent charges. Consumer understood and stated his card was refunded  that day.

I have contacted high sierra customer service through their online contact form for warranty replacement claims numerous times and have received no follow up what so ever.  Also cant get through to anyone at their customer service center by phone.  EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!   TERRIBLE!!!

Please see attached email from Samsonite. The email confirms that the bag is in Samsonite's possession. Therefore, the refund is warranted now without further delay.

[Unfortunately, we have not come to any resolution, because we do not still have the correct suitcases we ordered.Samsonite/Lipault contacted us directly, and helpfully sent a photo to demonstrate the two kinds of red color cases they sell. We were definitely sent the burgundy, and not the bright red color we ordered.Again, Samsonite/Lipault’s own the General Manager stated they have a problem with their warehouse suitcases color and incorrect labelling. Samsonite/Lipault could also simply solve the issue by arranging with [redacted]” to send the alternate red colored cases. This is a case of false advertising. This order is long overdue. The resolution is straightforward. It requires little effort.We would also gladly accept Samsonite/Lipault to send us the correct color cases, directly, as long as they would honor the same price we paid via [redacted].” Please note that we never requested a refund from [redacted];” and a full refund for the total costs we paid out was not received from [redacted],” because of bank and foreign exchange rate card fees.   ]
