Consumer was contacted by our Web customer service team. Customer was advised we do offer certain sizes here that she may order as we can confirm no coloring issue. In regards to exchanging the items that she has received from [redacted] she would need to discuss this with [redacted].

I have been contacted by customer service but no resolution has been reached. Your customer service department continues to insist on the same "service" that is in my original complaint. I expect Samsonite to uphold its global warranty on a bag less than a year old.

As you would not uphold your global warranty out of the country I had the bag brought back to the USA and shipped to a service center who has thus far refused to repair the bag.

their online customer service representatives to contact me because I have already spoke to them previously two times and I was told there was nothing they could do to rectify my concerns. I was told I need to speak to "Corporate" in order to immediately solve my concerns.

Please add your rejection comments below. I logged back into my [redacted] account and of course the coupon we had for Samsonite is gone. I've contacted [redacted] to see if they can produce what offers you all originally had with them before pulling that one out (obviously that is what happened cause now you can't even search the past deal on the [redacted] website). I wish you all would be truthful and admit that your system messed up because [redacted] had one date while you all had another on the corporate site. Most companies are about integrity but you all are not being truthful. I will be returning the items I purchased in store and online because I don't want to deal with a company that can't admit when their marketing side has made a mistake. Thank you.

I have been waiting over 10 business days with no contact or resolution offered. They have failed to honor their return policy due to defective and or damaged products. I am requesting my money refunded immediately or order drastically discounted.
