Received seat covers and found that the cap for my console was made wrong. I called ( and really wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that helped me) and explained what was wrong . The rep. told me he would take care of it. Four days later I received the right cover in the mail. Fit perfectly. Way to go guys! Nice to know there is still companies out there who believe in customer service. Thank-you.

I purchased seat covers for my car. After waiting 3 weeks for them to arrive, they did not fit. They had me send them back so that they could "make it right". After 4 weeks and promises of seat covers, which I never got, I finally demanded a refund from the owner. I would NOT buy from this company. The seat covers were not a "custom fit". They were 4-6 inches to small.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

The website promises quality seat covers,  what it should say is LOW quality seat covers.  I don't want others to be fooled by and make the same mistake I did by purchasing seat covers from this company.  My issue is not the fit of the seat covers, it is the POOR QUALITY OF THE $150.00 SEAT COVERS.  The customer service rep is hung up on FIT....and custom made for Ford F250-350, the most common pick up truck on the road today....Custom?   I doubt it.  If they were smart, they would offer a return policy that at least allowed for credit to another product, if the customer did not like the product they purchased, but alas, that is not in the cards.  I was thinking of the most expensive model, but they won't get that business from me, ever.

We spent a lot of money on these "custom seat covers" (which in fact are not custom made). Very disappointed they did not fit right and are cheaply made. Do not waste your time or money with this company!

Extremely disappointed. I spent over $300 on "tailor made" covers and they were not tailor made to my make and model (2014 FJ Cruiser). When I called them requested a refund, they said that because it was "tailor made," they could not give me a refund. They offered to send me another seat cover to fix the problem. Also, they make you cut your own holes on the backseat (where the headrest gets inserted). Overall, this is a low quality product- especially considering how much I spent. Buyer beware.

I placed an order for custom seat covers for our vehicle. No return policy. Got it. The covers were damaged upon arrival. I called and spoke with Madi, she said to email photos, so I did. A week or so passed, no response. I send another email and get a response. I answer the question asked and have to receive a response. I called and left a voicemail, still no call back. FINALLY, I have to call AGAIN, tell them what has been going on and they offer to replace the damaged pieces. I'm not happy with that, I want a full refund on the product because of the poor customer service and the stalking I pretty much had to do. The gentleman hung up on me TWICE. Haha their seat covers may have worked for others but as for me, no thank you.

I am so pleased with the seat covers I got from Seat covers Unlimited for my Nissan Armada. The fit and the quality of the material were beyond my expectations. I am glad I chose to go custom fit instead of off the rack - well worth the price.

The customer ordered their covers on our website, but the order was transferred and made in our [redacted] store, which is who they have been dealing with during this time.  When the customer told us of what was going on, we were happy to help them with the fit of the...

covers.  Originally, the two pieces they did not receive were going to be remade.  After examining the pictures more closely,  we found that they had some installation flaws and we sent them tips on how to correct the issue.  We asked them to let us know if they had any other questions. We did not hear from them until August 8th asking about the covers.  After talking with the customer, we determined that the pieces did need to be remade because of a slight issue in the fit.  There was a miscommunication during the time they were to be remade, but we have since corrected that error and the customer now has all pieces of their seat covers. We would like to apologize for any miscommunication on our part and want our customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase

Our covers do not have head rest openings precut because they look more finished when installing them that way. It is not pointed out during the time of ordering but on our web site under installation and care it shows this in a step by step process with photographs. I did offer to pay to have...

the covers shipped back and to make all openings for the customer and bind them at our cost but he did not like that option and hung up on me. I emailed him right after with the same options and also sent him step by step installation instructions. He still didn't want to do that and said that if he returned them for openings he did not want them back. I offered to resolve the customers issue and that did not appease him so that was the end of our email conversations. I have attached a cop of his invoice, a copy of our return repair policy, and also a copy of our email conversation.As I have informed the customer a few times now we do not offer refunds but do guarantee the fit and will fix any fit issues at our cost.

Stay away from this company if you can. They have a lot of testimonies but based on my experience I can’t see how they can be from actual customers. I purchased leatherette covers for my truck (front seats and back seats) as well as floor mats. After a couple of weeks, I received the floor mats and both were for the passenger side. One had a big hole burned in it. I contacted the company and they refused to make any commitments to help me. Later they tried to tell me the hole was for the mat to attached to the car which was not true. Eventually, they said that I had to wait until they heard back from their supplier before they could make any promises! After another three weeks I received another mat and it was again for the wrong side of the car. At this point because I did not like the responses I was getting and because I had decided not to ever buy anything from that company again I gave up and did not even attempt to get them to fix the issue. Later when I received my covers for the seats I noticed that there were no directions for installing the cover on the back seat (I believe one is needed and would be very helpful). When I asked about it via email I did not even get a response this time. All and all I think this company is not very good at customer service. I am sure there are other companies out there that will earn their money and help their customers when needed. Good luck.
