Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I've done all thisI have checked the boat, charged the battery, put it in water, connected the remote, etc etc.This company is side stepping trying to avoid replacing the item.I have contacted their customer service twice nowThe first time, the chat representative closed the chat on me with no resolutionTold me to contact them next tuesday.The second is a support ticket which they have yet to respond.The whole idea of "send them a video of the product not working" is ridiculous Regards, [redacted]
