I am rejecting this response because: I've done all this. I have checked the boat, charged the battery, put it in water, connected the remote, etc etc.This company is side stepping trying to avoid replacing the item.I have contacted their customer service twice now. The first time, the chat representative closed the chat on me with no resolution. Told me to contact them next tuesday.The second is a support ticket which they have yet to respond.The whole idea of "send them a video of the product not working" is ridiculous.
