I am rejecting this response because:  I want my full refund before sending the item back because I do not trust that they are going to refund the money after I send the item back.  I have gotten nothing but the run around from them.  Plus I don't want this closed because I want to make sure they send me the return label.

I am rejecting this response because:This is the same copy and pasted email they keep sending. The model number of the battery matches my model number. This means ANY reproduction or remanufactured product with the SAME MODEL NUMBER should work, and it doesn't, it wont charge nor hold a charge. Either way they need to stop contacting me on this, they have my money and I have the crappy product I paid for. I just want a cease contact please I grow tired of their incompetence, false information and lack of peoper customer service. Please just make sure I no longer get these again

I am rejecting this response because:i would like a full refund, all items received are not as described. Numerous upon numerous emails have been sent to the email provided, I've sent photos. Every email I've sent goes to a different person who doesn't read my reply to previous emails so I'm just chasing my tail. The last email, pictures were sent, I have yet to receive a response (3 days ago). i have no use for these products that are not professional quality as stated on their website. The return policy is not clear. Doing business with this company is advocating bad business, they should not be allowed to sell cheap products from China and Hong Kong but represent them and market them as authentic professional makeup from the United States. The website also states items are coming from US or Canada warehouse direct. I see now it's just a play on words since the items are shipped from Hong Kong. i would like a full refund. If [redacted] wants their items back they can send a return postage paid label, I will not pay anymore money on these substandard products.

I am rejecting this response because: they have been lying and stalling for over a week.  They have not sent the return label liked promised.  Today they say it will be another few days because their printer isn't working.  I don't trust them at all.  I am heading to my bank to file formal fraud charges against them since they are not following thru on things.  This is not what I ordered-a non working violin.  I shouldn't have to wait this long for label to return it and I know since they can't even do this that they will not refund my money once I do return it.

I am rejecting this response because: Nowhere in their answer did they offer to take back and refund the purchase price.  Their original offering of the power cord adapter specifically stated that it worked on an [redacted] and now they are denying it! This is the typical, run-a-round answer that they have given me with no ethical conclusion in sight.
