At this point we would like to have the regional manger for the store look at the damage to try and determine what the cause was. I am rejecting this response because: I called both the call center AND the store front directly. The call center referred me to the store, and the person I spoke with in the store told me to come back in. To which I responded, absolutely not with the way I was treated the day before, not to mention I have zero faith in this establishment to actually be trustworthy enough to work on my vehicle. I took my car to another shop the next day for the alignment,  and have the diagnostic report from the alignment that was performed there that PROVES the car was incredibly out of alignment and the work I was billed for was NOT completed. This is completely unacceptable and is a horrible representation of your brand. I’ve spent thousands of dollars over years with multiple vehicles on tires from this establishment. This is the first time I’ve had anything done outside of mounting and balancing tires here- and it was as a result- the last time I spend any money here. Your “mechanics” are unprofessional and it’s completely unethical to charge people for services not rendered.

I am rejecting this response because:For one thing, I didn't receive the letter mentioned until 3 weeks after it was promised to me. I received a voice mail from [redacted] at Town Fair on May 11, 2015 asking me to call back so that I could provide her with my address after I had already confirmed all of my information with Mr. [redacted] on April 28. I am attaching the post marked envelope below. This continues to prove to me that Town Fair could care less about my business or repairing the damage they did to my vehicle.In addition, I find it odd that Town Fair replaced the tire that was being repaired on April 28 just 3 weeks prior on April 7 and never mentioned that the cap was at all loose. I also added air to the tire about 1 hour prior to taking my vehicle to Town Fair and noticed nothing out of the ordinary with the cap in question. I find it odd that they waited until my truck was done to tell my wife that the rim "fell off" instead of letting her know immediately that there was an issue. Town Fair has a sign in the [redacted] location that indicates that they want their customers to be 100% satisfied with their experience and to let the manager know so that they can ensure that the customer is satisfied. I guess this only applies when it's a cheap and easy fix?I understand that Town Fair claims that they are offering to pay for half of the cost of a new rim to me as a courtesy, however, if they could prove that they did not damage my vehicle why would they offer anything at all? The only resolution I will be satisfied with is the entire cost of a new rim.

To Whom It May Concern; I apologize I had misunderstood the store manager 2 wheels were mentioned at the store and 2 were mentioned after [redacted] left. The store manager at the time had offered to have the wheels buffed because the damage on the 2 wheels was so shallow. At this point in the interest of resolving we will gladly have all 4 wheel buffered for [redacted] or we can refund him $400.00 for the repair of the wheels whichever he prefers.Sincerely,Rich A[redacted]Town Fair Tire

I did speak with Rich but did not receive an email from him. I will take the vehicle to anyone of his recommended locations within his company besides the Nashua location located on Daniel Webster Highway. The only way I will accept this is that I do not have have to pay one dime out of my pocket for the same exact tire and labor costs needed for the new tire and adjustments. If he agrees to this I will also reflect the service that was done all reviews I have posted. Please advise a time and location I can get this done.Thank you,Donnie
