Today Marks One YEAR of being with this company. im a very passive person and I tend to let things go unsaid rather than having conflict. The first thing I should have mentioned was I paid my car note twice before I even got car last year, I was told I would be refunded when I let company know about it, let's just say that was the last I ever heard about that situation. total of $212. Couple past months I been looking to trade my car in and from 3 different dealers I was told that Sensible Auto Lending has not been reporting to credit B. when I called and asked them about issue I was told they were. but on my credit report it shows that they only reported ONE time since I had the car. Which is not cool I am a young mother trying to better my credit to buy a house for my kids, so your not just robbing me your robbing my children. I did try to contact this company several times about issue and I just got passed around like a hot potato. so now im here, but what I do find funny is when you a day late with your payments they do call your phone throughout the whole day until that payment is payed. Also I see that they took (2) loans out last June this needs to be off my credit report soon or I will have to take this to the courts. I would really like someone to contact me and settle ALL 3 matter. I really feel I should be refunded for the 2 weeks I got charged for car I did not have as well

Sensible Lending was able to get the work done ASAP for us. Their team held our hand through the crazy process of obtaining all the documents needed to secure our loan. We were even able to close 2 days early thanks to their speedy work!

Customers BEWARE of this lender...You are better off dealing with a loan shark to finance your vehicle but until ppl stop doing business with them...they will continue to be rude...ill informed and absolute rip offs! Alot of ppl don't have excellent credit and are deseperate for a car loan but there are other companys out there that will work with you...[redacted] is one of them...do your research and ask more questions when u start tge finance process but avoid this lender if at all possible.

pay for the current week and the week ahead. We put you on the biweekly schedule and at the current moment you are 12 days delinquent and do see you made an arrangement to pay this friday. be advised that you on 10/07/2013 you entered into a retail Installment Contract and Security
Agreement with a Connecticut dealership. 
That dealership had the desire to sell its rights and assign the
contract to Sensible Auto Lending. Sensible Auto Lending accepted assignment of this contract
and the Contract was on a weekly payment structure for 156 Weeks. We were
contacted by you prior to the second payment being
made.  At that time you requested to pay your loan on a Bi-weekly cycle.  We made
that change and on 10/25 we took a bi-weekly payment.  It is important to understand that this
accelerated you loan and put you ahead until her next bi-weekly payment.  This means that the system will be receipting
in two payments and the corresponding interest for those two payments. We also allow a customer to put anything over the scheduled
payment to principal only.  This can be
done, however, it does not accelerate the payments due and a payment would be
due every week if we selected this option.   In June of 2014 we received a refund of $1037.14
for a pro-rated refund of an extended warranty contract that you cancelled.  We applied
that amount as a principal payment to her account.  On September 26th you requested to move to a monthly payment cycle. 
This is an acceleration and our system views this as taking four weekly
payments and taking the corresponding interest of those payments.   We would be happy to apply any overpayment to
principal.  We are in agreement that you have been very diligent with your loan.  We are sorry that you feel like we are giving you the runaround. 
As you know it is not in our best interest to alienate any of our
customers, and especially our valued customers. We are sending you a copy of your ammortization schedule, so you can see where you are at currently. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.

I'm a first time car purchaser. My friends recommended mortgage company already. But I wanted to market for my own auto-loan so I came to Sensible Lending for help. They were very nice and efficient, took my appointment by last minute request. Within 20mins, they explained clearly about all the pros and cons, potential rates. I would like this item off of my credit report! it is not just inaccurate, it does hold a even value. This Item Is Very Inaccurate An As Well If feel that the business that I expeierence was not prominent very disrespectful and the transaction of the contract was very unethical. because i believe this bank new the car that was being sold had a lot of water damage do to a storm, and new of all the defect of it, and was just more worried about selling the vehicle more than the longterm satisfaction I would of had for it! and the worse part about it, I was never aware of the previous damages before the car was sold to me and it definitely never hold its value! so I feel th only way this could be reconciled for myself is if it was taken off my credit report@ this was a very bad business deal and I strongly believe that sensible auto is more than aware of the condition all there vehicles arena before they are purchased!

I received no contact from Sensible Auto. I have made several attempts to speak with a account manager and have not received any return calls. When contacting Sensible Auto, I first speak with a customer service representative, who states no manager is available, and I must leave a voice message for the manager, I am then connected to extension 250, where I have left no less than 6 messages over the past two weeks, none of my calls are being returned.

Sensible Lending Awesome people with Excellent service! They were phenomenal agent. But more importantly, they understand and respect other cultures and values client demands. They made my car purchase process very smooth and closed before the scheduled time. We enjoyed working with them and hopefully will get the chance to do so again in the future! It was great. We'll call them for sure.
