They were very up front with the costs (which were lower than any other auto lending company I could find) so there weren't any surprises later. They made my whole auto loan significantly easier and less stressful than setting up my original loan. Would definitely recommend them to a friend.

These guys really helped me out last year when I needed a lump sum in a hurry. They even took off a big chunk of their interest after I had made a few payments..I mean who does that? These guys are amazing. I am impressed with this company to say the least!

These guys know the business really well and provide a high level of service. Crew was very responsive through out the process and knew all the angles. I ended up getting the car I wanted at a great rate very quickly. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction and promptly. They care and take pride in their work. Couldn't ask for more.

The guys here are awesome, fast , professional and convenient, I wanna give a special thanks to our sales man for getting us our family car he really went above and beyond for us to get us the right car for the right price we couldn't have been any happier, this is our first new new car and what a great experience it was. Amazing service I m so happy I got out of the rental program and I can finally own my own car at half the price. It was a great experience and the car came with the features I was looking for. I would definitely refer them to people looking for an car financing company

I started looking at cars and fell in love with a BMW! I did some
research and Sensible Lending offered a fantastic deal. The price was so
good I did not even bother to negotiate. The whole thing was easy
breezy. They took care of everything and got me the exact color I
wanted. I can't honestly think of a better car deal to date! Highly
recommended!

I have had a vechicle with them since april of 2016 and have had no problems everytime I call im spoken to with compassion and respect, if I have a problem they help resolve it. I dont understand...was I taken by the dealer yes I wouldnt recommend the dealer I got the car from they ate rip offs but im grateful for the bank who gave me the loan when my credit was bad.I run into financial problems and they understand. So im just confused with all these reviews are we speaking about the same place.either way it saddens me to see so many negetives reviews but I have had nothing but a good two yrs with this company.

absolutely horrid customer service by multiple employees there. (although to be fair a gentleman named Louis was always pleasant) Nobody gives you the time of day or the acknowledges a very valid situation you may be going through. I was sworn at, hung up on multiple times and literally laughed at about my financial situation! I have a couple of their names and even recorded one of the calls to prove how mortifying it really was. if I didn't fianacially have problems I wouldn't be financing a $4000 car through them at %20 interest!! Are you serious with all the attitude and embarrassing remarks being made? Anytime you ask for a supervisor they laugh and say"they will literally tell you the same thing" or that "they're not available" and as far as I can tell there isn't even a manager working there. It's gotten to the point that refuse to even pick up when they call. The company is trying to do a good thing which I respect and am mostly greatful for because I have a car now. But I'm paying a $400 a month car note on a 17 year old jeep so please it's embarrassing enough without the absolutely horrific customer service given by most associates. I'm not trying to get out of paying! I'm not trying to reduce my payments! I didn't say screw it im not paying them anymore! Sometimes serious things happen in people's lives and quite frankly you should be ashamed of yourselves.
I'd like to speak to someone in management who won't decide to just laugh at my issues and will just be courteous and respectful like a customer service rep should be. Please contact me as soon as possible

Yes they are horrible. Untrained staff. Not rude just incompetent. Once you get tomwhat seems to be the only Management person Nicole. That’s where ride begins. Horrible something changed for the WORSE with them. Have my loan for over a year no issues now it’s a nightmare from hell to deal with them. Threatening letters. Certified mail attempted to deliver a day before due date. It’s simply insane. But they blame list Office. BUYER BEWARE.

Not to mention that I have an email verifying every payment I've made this past year which equals over $4000 and on every single payment there is..

No two of them are the same!!!

If I make $95.73 payments every week and the original balance and interest rate never changed how is this possible?

Some weeks $47 in interest ???
Some weeks $19 in interest ???

Nobody will take a moment to to try to clarify it for me and you cannot look it up on the website because for the past year it just says to call the place.

Review: there is obviously a records issue between me and the collection company. First, they are rude and antagonistic when talking to you. They aren't as interested in solving the problem as they are in arguing with you. My weekly paycheck is direct deposited into my account and my payments there are recurring.Tthe past two weeks they have been calling me saying my account is past due. there is no way that can happen. they changed my payment day without my consent and wanted me to pay the next weeks car payment two days later. I was obviously upset at their lack of current record keeping. They also told me they shut off my recurring payments per my request because I told them they couldnt take out the extra payment and then call me saying my payment was late. I am being harassed because I wont let them rob me. they also tried to bill me for the car before I even got it.Desired Settlement: I want them to get their records right and stop harrassing people for payments based on them being under handed and engaging in shady business practices.

because it is external. They reported different amount on credit info as well.I believe they try to professionally defraud customers.and should be [redacted]ted and looked into.cause this is unfair trade practices.Desired Settlement: Take off my credit info,this is unfair and very inaccurate.

Avoid this lender!!! Horrible representatives that are disrespectful and argue with their customers. When you ask to speak with a manager you are handed off to other reps or they just hang-up the phone...legitimate issues with their service, payments etc are not resolved for the customer. They never have accurate payment history info and their systems always have problems. Worst lender ever!!!

Review: I authorized a one time payment to be deducted from my bank account for $156.86 ( Double payment ) on 12/07/15, I did this on 12/04/15 after speaking with the customer service rep " Nicole". Understanding and knowing, that I had previously spoken with "Manwella" on 11/28/15 to have the repeating auto payments stopped and cancelled. On 12/07/15, Sensible Auto withdrew $163.36 plus an additional $78.43 auto payment, this action resulted in an overdraft. I attempted several times to speak with customer service reps, to attempt to speak with a manager about fixing this issue, and have been stonewalled by the reps.Desired Settlement: I wish to prevent further unauthorized charges, refund all fees occurred by their overdraft and speak with a Manager about the behavior of the customer service reps.
