 No refund has ever been made to me. When I called the company and cancelled they told me to submit all the paperwork and I would recieve a complete refund. I have emails to prove no such details were ever disclosed to me.

In order to maintain our punctuality we cannot wait for passengers who are stuck in immigration or security at the last minute. For this reason we open counters 4 hours before departure and passengers are encouraged to check in early. In this instance the flight had 234 passengers on board all whom were able to clear immigration and security on time. Obviously [redacted] was delayed on his own accord and did not reach the boarding gate on time. Accepting him would have delayed the flight and put to inconvenience all our passenger

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The issue and the matter is no Air India agent was present anytime between 3:15pm and 3:45 pm in the check-in counter, and it is closed with no representation from AI agents present there.  An inconvenience was caused to me, and few other passengers, who were made to miss the flight the other day, due to the irresponsibly, staffed AI counter staff, and the manager listed in my initial complaint. A refund request has to be considered before it is taken next level. Please research the matter thoroughly before arriving conclusion.

This is the complaint we had received earlier and now psgr complaints that he as per dot rules 2012 he shold not be charged. This is not true as on Airindia it was considered as excess baggage. He should check with United Airlines and sendus a copy of his e ticket.

Air India is indicating that they are awaiting to hear back from another office.  it is interesting that Air India representatives are unable to resolve the issue and keep transferring from one representative to another representative.  Customer friendly businesses would escalate the issue to resolve with management.  Instead, Air India representatives just forward the issue to another peer.Until Air India refunds my money and compensates me adequately for missing my medication for 4 days, I will continue to reject the response from Air India.Thanks,[redacted]

As explained to the psgr earlier we explained that if the TV did not work  unfortunately we do not have any reimbursement policy for non working equipment. There is  nothing further we can do with this case.

When an airline cancels a flight and transfers a psgr to another airline in this case it happened to be Kuwait Airways. Now you are their psgr and if Kuwait Airways is delayed it is up to them to rebook you on another airline and not on the airline that transfered you. We are no longer responsible for the onward flight due to their delay.

The originating flight was from Tampa. The 2012 DOT rules clearly states that the consecutive flights cannot charge by any carriers. Please check the rule book. I really do not want to drag the airlines to court.  We have booked the tickets and the first flight has not charged and expect this to be honored all the way.thank you

When our flight had a delay due to unforseen circumstances we transferred the psgr on Kuwait Airways. Then it is the responsibility  of the airline (kuwait Airways ) to rebook the psgrs. If this was not done then the psgr has to put up the claim with them and not with us.When a psgr is...

transferred that airline in this case KU gets paid.We are not responsible to the psgr for any claim made by him.

We have nothing more to add as explained earlier the psgr had excess baggage therefore she was charged. There is no refund in this case. A receipt was issued to her for excess baggage this was replied earlier.

We are extremely sorry to hear of your experience.We do apologise for all our shortcomings and thank you for bringing it to our attention. We do not have any provisions to reimburse.

Our Chicago Airport explained to the passenger as per our baggage rules we only permit two pieces of baggage 70lbs each besides that any additional baggage would be an excess charge. United Airlines did allow the passenger to carry additional baggage without payment but on AirIndia he would have to...

pay therefore he was correctly charged. An email has been sent to the passenger by our office in Chicago.

Please note if a person does the booking on a web one is supposed to know how to view the link. We cannot keep going back and forth. Sorry once again after all the explanation given earlier there is still no refund on the penalty.

This does not resolve my issue.  Air India's New York office is just forwarding the complaint to Ahmedabad.  Since Air India is wasting both the Revdex.com and my time, Air India should further compensate us for the time that they have wasted.  I understand that labor in India is essentially free, but not in the US.Thanks,[redacted]

We are sorry that from the very beginning the emergency seat should not have been allocated to your father as these are emergency seats . No airline seats psgrs who are unable to help themselves in emergency seats are seated in these seats. Though emergency seats are comfortable they cannot be...

given to psgrs who have a problem. We have now started charging psgrs a fee for leg room seats this is a practice with all airlines. Even if you agreed to pay for the leg room seat they would not be able to seat your father. Perhaps when you were assigning the seats you may have not mentioned the problem with your father. We are sorry we cannot give us any refund on this ticket.

An email was sent to the psgr regretting problems occurred on our flight [redacted]. Reference catering dept we had no complaints from any passenger regarding food. We regret the behavior of our Airport Staff Mr Baljit S[redacted].
