I am writing to express my happiness at the service I received with installation of a new AC. The installing team was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and efficient.

I have used SSI since 2004 and I have ALWAYS received top notch service! I have also recommended them to my neighbors. I don't ever worry that I will be sold something I don't need and with my service agreement, I get a discount on parts.
Patrick is always on time and always does a thorough job and I trust him completely.
Sam is always professional and kind. I would Highly recommend SSI!

Very professional team. Nice, polite, and friendly. Showed up on time, completed in time quoted. Kept work area clean and cleaned before they left. Very quiet as they did the work, hardly knew they were in the house. They explained everything I needed to know before they left and gave some demonstrations. The work completed passed county inspection with no problems.

Geronimo did a wonderful job! It was a long tiring day for him since he had to add to the line, change the location of the connections, etc, and he never once showed annoyance or impatience. He was courteous, thorough in his explanations and very pleasant!

We just had both our upstairs and downstairs HVAC replaced by Brendan A., Joe S. and Isaac M. from Service Specialties. Even in 100 degree weather they worked efficiently, cleanly and professionally. They were eager and able to answer any of my questions regarding the status of the job, how to maintain the system and how to use the thermostats. I would highly recommend Service Specialties to any one looking to replace their HVAC in the Northern Virginia area. Also, Chris C. who came out and provided the estimate and answer my buying decisions did an incredible job as well.

Service Specialties Inc has provide me the best service I have ever had. The technician Clint did an outstanding Job. He was very professional and detailed in his work and fully understood the operations and requirements of my heating and AC system. His workman ship was superior in nature and his Quality was outstanding. He explained what he was doing and why at all times. I made contact with SSI to fix my senior fathers heating and AC systems because I had had a poor service and poor customer service all the way to senior management from another large local heating company. SSI has exceed my expectations and because of that I am now a loyal customer.

Excellent service

I have used SSI on past residence for 25 years and just starting at new residence. Once again after a winter check up, I feel we are ready for a cold winter outside, not inside!

I've used SSI HVAC for many years. They have replaced numerous HVAC systems for me and my family. We carry their annual plan which includes two inspections a year to prepare for heat and AC seasons, as well as guaranteed same day service for issues. They have been great when I've needed them. Their technicians have been great and the support from the office pleasant and helpful.

Following an excellent install of my central Trane heating/AC system a couple of years ago, SSI has continued to effective service and upgrade the system. You can trust them to provide the best.

Joe W and Sam D of Service Specialists were excellent at scheduling and completing the annual service inspection. I was notified of Joes arrival and his services was fast and even made suggestions on other improvements. I would recommend this team to anyone else.

I have always received excellent service and care from the personnel at SSI. This starts with the office staff and extends to the technicians that complete the work in my home. I have been so impressed, that not only did I renew my HVAC contract, but also got a plumbing contract from them as well. More companies should show as much compassion and professionalism as SSI. Just had a routine maintenance service from Paul S. He was extremely thorough and I was very impressed with his knowledge and work. I've used SSI for almost 10 years now since they installed my systems and have no complaints.

Clint was at our home to do annual maintenance on our HVAC system today. I was extremely impressed with Clint and his knowledge of our unique system. I found him to be both thorough with his review and patient with us while he explained his findings (including pictures) and what immediate action was needed to properly maintain our existing system.

The company worked with me to schedule the work for a date and time convenient to me. The technician showed up on time, evaluated and informed me of what was required to solve my problem, and completed work without delay. I plan to use the company again in the future.
