I recently had my fall service performed by SSI. I was very impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the tech who did the work. I hope I get him for all my work in the future. I did think, however, that I would be receiving an electronic version of his work papers from the visit. I have not received them.

Great service from technicians Joe at SSI. They replaced much unit 10 years ago and have serviced it ever since.

SSI has been my HVAC service provider for 2 years now and continue to enjoy their services.

Service Specialties, Inc. (SSI) takes care of my furnace, air conditioning, and plumbing. They are always professional and courteous and trustworthy - and they've saved me some money by giving me alternative repair options in each of these areas.
Most recently, Susan (dispatcher) was very helpful in resolving an apparent timing conflict and accommodated my special needs as a hospice caretaker and sent "Awesom Joe", who really was awesome in that he made some airflow changes to better accommodate my wife's comfort and gave me some alternatives to deal with some fungal spores, then quickly implemented the one I chose based on the independent studies and cost he identified.
We will definitely continue our relationship with this business.

We have had a service contract with SSI for years. At each encounter, their service team has been respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. We recommend them highly and value their service.

My experience with this business in general and Mr. Clint B[redacted] in particular has been outstanding. Their MO seems to be: find out what you need, explain the options while not up-selling, explain the instillation/service as they proceed, and then provide detailed instructions after.
Everyone I've met from the company has been personable, with a positive attitude. I've never felt uncomfortable with an SSI employee or service, and I don't say that lightly.
And though no one is perfect, they absolutely will make things right if something with an instillation or service goes wrong.

When they installed the home's heating and air-conditioning system several years ago, it was Prompt, Friendly and Excellent service, hauled the old system out, cleaned the area better than I could have done. I have their twice a year maintenance, they're excellent! Here when they're supposed to be, always wear shoe protection for my floors, fast and dependable. Something else - when I've called them, incredibly helpful.
And when I messed up the programming on the system, they sent someone over within an hour or so to reset it for me and walk me thru the set-up.
Always Excellent, Friendly, Dependable service - and their yearly maintenance plan is extremely reasonable.

SSI recently repaired my heating system, gave it a thorough inspection, provided a range of replacement estimates, and installed the Trane system I chose. The installation team was outstanding in every way. SSI installed our original system 15 years ago & the value and service provided then and since has been excellent. Given the professionalism demonstrated by the those I dealt with this time, I have every expectation this system will be even more efficient and reliable.

Excellent service as always. Plumber showed up on-time and completed all work efficiently. Extremely happy with the service.

I have been using SSI for about 15 years now. Susan is always pleasant & helpful on the phone and Chris is very knowledgeable with on-site service. I would highly recommend SSI.
