hello there, I have tried many different hair products on the market for thinning hair, curly hair and moreOne of the goals with my hair, is that I wanted to get my hairline backI have experienced the unfortunate part of unprofessional barbers pushing my hairline tape back, " A nightmare for men." Correspondingly, I've also had the goal of wanting a fuller beard -- I have used this product for almost months and the results are astonishing This product has nourished, repair, soften and volumized my hairMy hair never looked healthierAnd the best part is that, this product is 100% naturalSo I don't have to worry about putting any damaging chemicals in my hairI was a little more skeptical at first, however, after consistently applying the product and seeing results just after a week, I was Sold!!

Dear Team, We understand the concern that customer has raised regards his cancellation and the refund process which involves two transactionStep:Debiting the cancellation fee and Step:Crediting the refund to the customers account by the airlines in 2-business weekThis two step process for cancellation and refund of the ticket is the common industrial practices and IndianEagle follows the same processWe have once again reconfirmed with the Airlines about the refund status and we see that the refund has already been processed on 23rd Oct' and the amount should reflect in the customers account in the next few days.We have been continuously following up with th airlines to ensure that the refund is processed as per expected time lines, so that the customer gets his refund at the earliest.Thank you,

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As per email received from Indian Eagle, any traveler who holds a valid US visa doesn't need French transit visaWe all hold a valid US visa and still we were not allowed to board the planeWe did inquire with the French embassy as well and as per the discussion with a representative from French Embassy, a traveler having valid US visa doesn't need transit visa if she/ he not going out of the airport Finally it was revealed that CDG airport has a rule that any traveler cannot wait on airport for more than hoursThere was no way for us to know this ruleAs a travel agent you are expected to make us aware of such localized rulesMoreover, the support you are claiming was not there at allFirstly, we were told to wait for hours until the airline office opens in USUntil then the flight was already goneThen we had to call several times to seek assistanceI was on the phone for few hours with the representative and she was plainly denying the responsibilityWe called Air France to see if they can give us alternate flight, but they said that as it was booked through an agent, we should pursue the agent to give negotiated priceWe forced Indian Eagle agent to call Airline to find alternate bookingAnd she was just passing the message from the airlineWe were asked to pay $per person in addition to the original ticket for and alternate booking, which was way more that I would have got otherwiseThere was no negotiation efforts made and no other supportJust denial of any responsibility, which you are still doingAirline was asking $rescheduling fee but IE was asking $300, so in this situation also IE was worried about earning money for themselvesThis is an unethical way of doing business as you claim that you are just trying to make commission out of the tickets and do not provide any other supportThis is nowhere mentioned on your website or not communicated by any of your representativeWe trusted on you as a travel agent, who can alert us of an unwanted situation and can help us out even if we get intoBut we were just left alone on our fate to struggle, which is unacceptable Regards, [redacted]

Yes, we tried our level best to resolve this issue and since Jet Airways does not offer any Premium Economy service we cannot do anything from our end We display the fares what ever airlines return us In this regards we can only change the flights with a Penalty and applicable Fare Difference if the customer agrees Regards, Customer Care IndianEagle

I was not aware of Indian eagle's fare alert subscription facility until I got a service call from their customer care unitThough subscription to their daily airfare notifications, I got the cheapest deal and the best itinerary for Chicago to Chennai flight last monthI kept a watch on my email inbox and grabbed the cheapest fare for my trip by Etihad Airways

Complaint [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Why did you confirm my seat and did not confirm others? That is unaccetableI had immediately called the people after I got confirmation for my ticket and they said I will get other confirmation in a while, when I dint get other confiramtion next day and I called, they said they submitted wrong DOB for my child (for your information I dint change any DOB after booking, neither was I aware if it can be changed) and hence airline declined other bookings I want compensation for my loss because of this half booking and all the hassles I had to go thru, as well as higher price I had to pay Regards, [redacted]

I personally prefer good quality service over low pricingThough Indian eagle offers commendable customer service and customized itineraries with reasonable fares as wellI recently came across this travel agency while searching for reliable booking service for my upcoming trip to IndiaI must say they are the only one to provide both without compromising with either service or airfaresIt's my personal experience

Customer booked ticket in one reservation and one ticket in other reservationHowever as per [redacted] we cant not guarantee on fare unless we issue the ticketHence his ticket for one traveler got confirmed and we could not confirm his family booking since the fare got Increased By the time we issued the ticket the fare was increased by the Airlines for which customer refuse the pay high fareAnd based on his issue we have canceled and processed the full refund even on his single reservation too Please note that Airline or Any other Travel Agency will not guarantee on fare unless it is confirmed
