Hello everyone, My experience with Fortalex was a nice oneI got my hair damaged after dying it blond, I tired a couple of things besides Fortalex but was not really satisfied with results and priceSo after using the shampoo for about months I can say that I would definitely recommend itMy hair got softer,stronger, thicker and its easier to brush and style it nowGood luck everyone :)

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and this is a joke. They kept telling me that they will check the airlines and get back to me in about 2-3 hrs time, but they never call you or email you. The business simply ignores you once your tickets are booked and they cash in your money - plain simple. Now that the date for my intended return date is past, I don't see a point in arguing with such unprofessionals. Lesson learnt. None of my friends/ families/ colleagues are booking tickets from them. I am rejecting this response because:The business is not being truthful in its replyTwo representatives from the business phoned me after I warned them that I would make complaints to relevant authoritiesI must have tried to call them about times on the phone number that is listed on their website but no one answered.This can also be verified by the reviews and complaints about this business on various other websites such as city search, mouth shut etc.where customers have complained that this business does not pick up the phones when there are problems. *** * The fact remains that this business failed to give us alternate tickets and since we had a very serious emergency on our hands on January 18th and had to return immediately from Bombay to Columbus Ohio and since this business had proved itself to be unreliable and untruthful we could no longer accept its offer of getting a return ticket only for February !!On Friday, Feb 20th, I spoke with their representative on phone at the advertised phone nohe asked me to show proof that I was back in U.S.Aand I sent him a copy of the email confirmation of the fresh tickets I purchased directly from Air Canada and he assured me that he will check and inform me within a couple of hoursHE NEVER CALLED BACK.THIS IS THE MODUS OPERANDI OF THIS BUSINESSThey never stand by their commitments.Thank you.*** ***

It was one purchase from my endHow can they confirm one ticket and reject others when we are all traveling togetherThey told me that they gave wrong age details for my daughter which resulted in ticket rejection from airlineWhile I gave them correct DOBThey have to compensate me as I later paid at least 400$ more for each ticket else.

I am rejecting this response because:When I appealed to the business that I had to return back to Ohio from Bombay they never botheredThey knew that I was in Mumbai India and they emailed me stating that your USA phone number is not answering !! Of course not !! I was in Mumbai IndiaWhen finally someone called from their office at night on January 20th, they told me that they could not provide me ANY tickets till the month of FebruaryI told them that my emergency was of an extreme natureTHEY WERE NOT BOTHERED ! They suggested that the tickets that I had freshly purchased from Air Canada ( for travel on January 27th, back to Ohio) just that day, by paying an additional amount of $ should be cancelled by me !They did not care about my emergency AT ALL.What would have been my situation had I listened to their silly suggestion and cancelled my freshly purchased tickets and waited for the business to provide me tickets on some undetermined date in February? I WOULD BE LEFT WITHOUT ANY TICKETS AND ANY FIRM DATE OF TRAVEL BACK TO OHIO FROM MUMBAI.I am attaching a photo of my destroyed houseThis is just the kitchen and the family room.The "customer service" woman named Chirstina that phoned me said " we cannot do anything about your problem".THERE IS NO WAY THAT I WOULD TRUST SUCH A COMPANY, REPRESENTED BY SUCH CALLOUS PEOPLE.Even in February, more than three weeks after me and my wife returned back to Ohio from Mumbai, the principal from the business, Krishna asked me to provide proof that I was back in USA!!THE BUSINESS MUST REFUND THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF $ THAT I HAVE HAD TO SPEND WITH AIR CANADA TO PURCHASE FRESH TICKETS

We do not have any control on the flight schedules / connecting airports, we display the results that we get from the carriers
We show more flights information under each result in which we give details of connection time / connecting airport to make it easy for the customer
Also as we have mentioned in the "Terms of Service" that customer is responsible for Visa
In this regards we would not be able to refund the Visa Fees

How can the business say "the customer was made to understand the charges" when it results in a financial loss for the customerI, the customer and stating clearly that I DO NOT consider the matter resolved till the business refunds the extra chargesI bought my flight ticket from INDIANEAGLE...NOT from the airlineWhy would I care what the airline thinks or says? I am INDIANEAGLE's customer, not the airline'sIf they had a software problem that caused the refund charges to be wrongly displayed, HOW AM I RESPONSIBLE?
They are just trying to stall by sending pre-typed standard messsagesThey really don't have an explanation of the extra chargesThey are LYING about a 3-way call with the airline
One more important thing...It has been more than months, and THEY STILL HAVEN'T REFUNDED A PENNY!!!
They are not running an honest, legitimate business and I think they should be held accountable for that

Out of my experience with Indian Eagle, I can confidently say that they have done a very good job at providing simple itineraries for complex travel plansI had many requirements regarding my trip to India for four including my elderly mother and a 3-year-old kidThere were different meal preferences wheelchair requirement short connection time and obviously reasonable fare within my budget on the listThe ticketing executive was courteous and good at dealing with a difficult travel plan like mineI got the best itinerary with the best fare deal and that too according to my requirementsThank you Indian Eagle!
