You have selected a part of my response and showing me as per your convenienceWith that logic, you have mentioned in your response that "IndianEagle provide comprehensive travel services"What does comprehensive means? As per dictionary "Complete or including all elements"In my case you just acted as an agent who just wanted to make money and then left us alone to sufferYou don't have any information apart from selling tickets, right?
The expectation was that you should make us aware of any issues we may encounter in our travelWe do not expect you to get us visa but you must have provided the informationElse your website and your agents should clearly mention that you don't know anything about visa, airport rules and you just provide ticketsDo you mean that airline rescheduling charges changes every time we book tickets? This is another lie you are telling meYou should be graceful enough to at least accept facts and not boastWhat do you expect me to do? Should I consider that you are not at all in helping mode and I should go ahead and take further actions?

I am rejecting this response because: I booked my travel as Premium economy class through Indian EagleThey should have known that Jet airway do not have Premium economy class.They should have warned me about that before processing my paymentWhy should I pay penalty for their fraudulent practice of showing competitive rate and give bad a product ? My second point is if they were honest and told me the fact in upfront , I would have gone some body else to get tickets of my choice and it would have been lot chipper at time as I booked my ticket moths prior to flight

Booked a flight through Indianeagle.com and the website did not list the Visa restrictions for flight stop at Heathrow airport. They later emailed me UK Visa regulations, which I had not paid complete attention to. They are now forfeiting the flight fare I paid without atleast rebooking the flight as the sales agent had promised they would do.

In your case we let no stone unturned to ensure that we were able to extend our fullest support at Bombay , India. (BOM) Airport as soon as you called our customer services. At the same time we were able to find your alternative flight as suggested by the Airlines for which you have agreed to reschedule your ticket from Bombay, India. (BOM) – Washington, Dulles USA(IAD).
As per your travel plan we have kept you informed about the need of Transit Visa at the time of booking and we also informed you to reconfirm the same with the Embassy before your travel. We at IndianEagle offer only Air ticket and we do not support on any Visa Information. As a Travel Specialist we can only suggest about the requirement of Visa based on your travel route but not with complete information as the rules with Embassy keep changing as per the Government. Hence we have sent you an email with requirement of Visa and we have also asked you to reconfirm the same with Embassy.
However you have also mentioned in your complaint that you have tried reaching Embassy and got the update about the transit visa, hence we will not be responsible in this situation. However we tried our best to reschedule your ticket for the next day but we need to follow the rule as per your ticket. As per the Airlines we need to collect Change Fee and Fare Different as per your new dates same has been collected

airlines confirmation code to confirm your booking. We are very sorry to say that, this issue is not by us and we have no control over the fare and in generating the confirmation code. We left no stone unturned to help you in getting the booking confirmed by speaking to airlines. But unfortunately the airlines were facing this issue with all the travelers for that particular day. Hence we did not charge your card and did not issue your ticket. We once again offer our apologies for the inconvenience that you experienced for some unexpected reason.

Yes, we tried our level best to resolve this issue and since Jet Airways does not offer any Premium Economy service we cannot do anything from our end.
We display the fares what ever airlines return us.
In this regards we can only change the flights with a Penalty and applicable Fare Difference if the customer agrees.

I personally prefer good quality service over low pricing. Though Indian eagle offers commendable customer service and customized itineraries with reasonable fares as well. I recently came across this travel agency while searching for reliable booking service for my upcoming trip to India. I must say they are the only one to provide both without compromising with either service or airfares. It's my personal experience.

Non-Refundable as per the rule of the tickets. Hence we have requested him to contact Airlines to get refund for his booking. But later we have requested Airlines and change the rule of the ticket and process full refund on client's credit card as on 23rd  Dec'15 and the same amount would be reflecting on his bank statement within 2-3 business weeks.We once again offer our apologies for the inconvenience caused.Thank you,

I was not aware of Indian eagle's fare alert subscription facility until I got a service call from their customer care unit. Though subscription to their daily airfare notifications, I got the cheapest deal and the best itinerary for Chicago to Chennai flight last month. I kept a watch on my email inbox and grabbed the cheapest fare for my trip by Etihad Airways.

We have been working with the carrier for the refund and they have processed it. The customer should receive the refund in another 2 weeks.

And we also we see that travelers has completed in onward journey on the same ticket.   We got to hear from the traveler that Airlines did not allow him to board the Return journey on the same tickets. confirmation by the airlines we have requested client to submit same medical documents to us to get full refund processed from our end.  Finally we have received the document on 01st Dec'15 and we have sent it to airlines and process full refund on client's credit card as on 02nd Dec'15 and the same amount would be reflecting on his bank statement withing 2-3 business weeks.We also tried reaching our client over the phone but we are getting message as "Contact person is not answering any call at this movement".We once again offer our apologies for the inconvenience caused.Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because:
Today (11th July 2016) I have received a response from the United Airline Customer Service saying that I have one full year to reschedule my travel plan from the date original ticket was issued by the agency without losing the ticket's value. Although I need to pay extra charges.
Now, I can forward the same email to Indian eagle for clarifying the matter if they ask me to or call me for rescheduling the travel plan. Request Indian Eagle to please modify my existing itinerary ASAP because according to United Airline this need to be done before 4th Aug 2016. Thanks.

Why did you confirm my seat and did not confirm others? That is unaccetable. I had immediately called the people after I got confirmation for my ticket and they said I will get other confirmation in a while, when I dint get other confiramtion next day and I called, they said they submitted wrong DOB for my child (for your information I dint change any DOB after booking, neither was I aware if it can be changed) and hence airline declined other bookings. 
 
I want compensation for my loss because of this half booking and all the hassles I had to go thru, as well as higher price I had to pay.
