I have received a letter from Barclay stating they have no record of my calling, which I find "convenient" that they don't keep records of their correspondence; since I also received a phone call from them when I called them the 3rd time to remove my name. Seems strange that they had the phone reference from that call, but now since I contacted the Revdex.com they don't show any correspondence. They have said they will remove my name, but may take 60 days. As long as they hold to that, I am satisfied; as that was my goal. Thank you!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and from what I see in the response it is just saying they've concluded the investigation. I have received calls from [redacted] & have returned them. Unfortunately it is very hard for me to have a phone convo when I work the same time as they do. I often have to call back. So at this time I reject the response because  I haven't heard or received any details on how my issue will be solved. I would like to continue the investigation until I am able to speak with a representative and we discuss the matter at hand in detail. The responses I have received via Revdex.com seem general & doesn't specifically state what/how they've resolved the matter. I simply am requesting a letter to be mailed to me or my credit bureau do the poor handling of the matter. If you would like to speak with me regarding the matter and I am unavailable by phone, then please correspond via email or in another matter as opposed to closing it altogether. I did file the claim & do intend on having it resolved so a little understanding on that aspect would be appreciated.  My issue at this time is still unresolved and I am writing this to inform that I would like to continue until I can speak with someone

I received another email from them to call and talk about cancelling my service. I already did that and was on the phone for 20 minutes with them. I think they are stalling for time so they can charge my account again. I really don't know what part of cancel my account and refund my money they don't understand. I have called them sent them emails and you have helped me with this.
