I received a call from a "[redacted]" at the Dispute Dept. and she offered me $100.00 as a settlement, stating it was because 1) I still had the wig and 2) I have not provided a second opinion from a merchant.  1)  The wig cannot be returned.  It was an exchange and merchant policy is that you get only one exchange.  That is why I filed a dispute with Barclays when the wig was the wrong color, I NEVER received the second wig I ordered and I had no recourse.  Merchant also forged a shipping invoice to make it appear as if he mailed and I received the second wig, when in reality he used the tracking number from my initial order back in 10/14.  I have attached the fraudulent shipping invoice and the USPS shipping receipt, showing I received it in 10/14.  When I explained this to [redacted], she just blew me off as if it wasn't important and pertinent to the case.   Irregardless of any color issue, the fact that he forged a shipping receipt to get paid should nullify any of his rights.  He is a thief.2)  Re: merchant second opinion letter - the closest few wig stores are almost an hour away.  I am legally disabled.  If I could drive there and shop, why would I order online from my own home?  The owners of the stores do not speak english well and I doubt very highly that they would give me a letter.  How do we know they sell or are familiar with colors that are sold online?  Also, I am sure they will want to be paid for this letter, so I am supposed to lay out even more money (The return cost for the initial defective and incorrectly described wig was $18.00) and still have no guarantee that I will win this dispute.  It's ridiculous.  I sent in documentation that explains the difference in the colors.  I sent in 2 emails where merchant is unsure if one or two wigs were sent...That is why he forged the shipping invoice, to get paid for a wig he did not mail.  [redacted] argued with me over the word "fraud" - she said he did not commit fraud - I had to read her the meaning of fraud - "In law, fraud is deliberate deception to secure unfair or unlawful gain" - "A copy of something that is meant to look like the real thing in order to trick people".  After explaining this to [redacted], I asked if she could go online and in minutes she could copy of something that is meant to look like the real thing in order to trick peopleuld see the difference in the colors and that I did indeed receive the wrong color (I sent Barclays the hangtag from the wig I did receive, which showed the color).  [redacted] told me "she was not willing to go online".  All Barclays has done is make copies, copies of my papers to the merchants, copies of the merchant and send to me.  I might as well be employed by them as I have been the one that has done ALL of the legwork.  I have asked for a Supervisor to call me 3 times since 3/25/15 and I get an answer that a "Specialist" is set to return my call.  It has been 5 days and still no call.  If the person handling my dispute had just LOOKED at the papers they would have seen the fraudulent shipping invoice and tracking information(Page 3 of merchant response, 2 shipping dates with one tracking number) and also another page he sent in which shows the color I ordered, on HIS own paperwork!  I have never seen such an incompetent, ineffective and poorly trained department in my entire life.  It's like they are on the merchants side for some reason, unless THEY themselves have to pay the money back to me - That's the way it seems.

The links on the message page on the Revdex.com web site are not active. As a result I was only able to see empty frame and was not able to read the messages that were intended for me. I would like to point out that I do not consider this matter closed for the simple reason that I have not received the written explanations regarding my credit denials. Although they were discussed on the phone and I was told they will be sent. I was told this before (when I filed my applications) and I have not received them yet. Normally I would not consider this a sticking point however by law I am entitled to these letter and I want them.
