Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI have not yet received a letter from Barclays and the phone call I received from the Office of the President does not fully resolve my issuesThe response to me was that the policy of Barclays allows them to change a customer's address with the submission of a subpoena requesting statement copies with no mention of an address change Also, there is no notification to that customer that the address was changed due to the subpoenaThis will continue to be an issue until Barclay's changes their procedures which according to the rep, will happen eventually I also requested my card be closed since my statement from March - May was being sent to my ex-husband's lawyer's office without my knowledgeMy card as of July 10th has not yet been closed/reissuedI also received a credit of year's fee for the card which is not what I requested nor have I received credit monitoring This is unacceptable and is it even legal?

Barclay's Bank is horrible with the most rude customer service reps I've ever spoke toI took this cc out in Dec threw Priceline due to being able to take advantage of the miles since my granddaughter was going to Hawaii in May for her honeymoonI'm years old and don't drive so I do a lot of my shopping onlineI got a $limit with Barclay's so I started Christmas Shopping and after charging $of my limit, I got declinedThinking it was a mistake I called the company to ask what happenedThey informed me that they suspect fraud and wanted to protect meI told them that there is no fraud and even told them everything I bought and the price but that's when they got hatefulThey said I needed to go to my bank and show them my ID and SOCIAL SECURITY CARD WITH MY CREDIT CARDI informed them that I don't drive but I would be more than happy to email it to them, fax it or mail itThey insisted I mail itThey said they don't have an email or faxI then persisted to tell them that I know for a fact that they were lying but I agreed and mailed them whatever they neededSo almost months later, its February 2015, and I still havnt heard anything from this company so I decided to callI asked to speak to a manager and was declined and was told that what I sent them wasn't good enough.I told them that's funny considering they have no problem taking my payment automatically debited from my personal bank account every monthI asked to speak to the President and I was told they don't have oneSo here its April now and still can't use my card but they still take my payment from my checking accountI've never had a company treat me so horrible and disrespectfulI have a Discover card with $20,limit, Commerce Bank card with a $15,limit and a UMB Bank card with a $limit and have had them for years or moreMy credit score is This company is a joke and its just the worst experience I've ever had
