Eric was nice and quick. Looked at all my radiators and gave me a quote. Everyone one I spoke to on the phone was also great. Will definitely recommend them!
Shawn B. was our technician and did a very professional job. Everything about our a/c tune up went very well. This is not the first tech from Shavitz to do a professional job which is why they will continue to get our business.
Rich came out for scheduled maintenance on our heater. He provided me with clear information about the health of the system, which parts to look out for in the near future. He was practical and never pushy or selling me on anything. I asked some questions about some work we had done to the cooling system and he was able to take a look and answer all of them very helpfully. All in all he gave great advice and made me feel a lot more confident in understanding the state of our HVAC. Everyone we've interacted with at Shavitz has given us great service, not just acceptable but great. Markedly different from other contractors we've dealt with, even the good ones. We hope Rich will be our primary HVAC guy in the future.
On Nov. 21st, Shawn [redacted] came to check my heating and air conditioner unit. Shawn was very professional and was able to care for my old unit. He was clean going about his work and knowledgeable.
I apologize about the lateness of this review, a couple of days after Shawn's visit I had medical problems. Please don't count this late review against Shawn's ability. I would recommend his work to anyone.
I'm writing to commend the excellent work of two Shavitz service techs, Cosmin and Mario. They put in very long hours and did a thorough, impressive job of installing a new furnace, air conditioner, and thermostat. Cosmin has previously installed a water heater in our house. I can't praise highly enough the service I've received from Shavitz over the past half-dozen years.
This is the second time that we had Cornelius M. out to the house to work on our heating and cooling system and he is GREAT! I can't think of another service technician who does their job with such professionalism and knowledge. We highly recommend [redacted] Heating and AC and Cornelius.

I worked with Linda *. and Cornelius *., Cornelius was the service person who came out to inspect our cooling system. He did a great job. He was on time and efficient. He explained the process of inspection and was very polite. He told us the results of his inspection. *verything went well and smoothly.
We have used Shavitz for all maintenance and repair of our heating and AC since moving into our home over 10 years ago, and we are always very pleased. Their technicians are always prompt, courteous, explain things well, and don't try to sell us anything we don't need.
I have used this company a few times based on previous reviews. On this visit, my A/C needed to be activated since it was new unit installed in the winter. I received a call when the technician was on his way. Technician arrived on time and completed the service within the allotted time-frame given by the company. During the process, technician explained what he was doing. Overall, very satisfied with the service.
