Accordingly, we (Appliance Factory) have no choice but to handle this as a legal matter we look forward to our day in court[redacted] , who also uses the alias [redacted] ***, has contacted many different parts of our company, including our claims department Our claims department reviewed *** [redacted] claim Her claim shows she initially submitted her water damage claim to her own homeowners insurance, not us Her own insurance denied her claim finding that her son caused the leak by attempting to alter plumbing in the house Given that information, our claims department asked [redacted] for photographic or other documentary evidence showing we, not her son, caused the water damage [redacted] provided no such evidence As such, we denied her claim.Since we have denied her claim, she has used alternating aliases to pepper social media and consumer organizations like the Revdex.com with negative reviews and unfounded statements We are not sure why [redacted] would do this pending litigation, but we believe this is because she has no evidence we caused the water damage and is trying to extort payment from us She has also stated she has reported us to the [redacted] Attorneys General's office; the Attorneys General's office has taken no action.As [redacted] states, she has retained counsel As such, we consider this to be a legal matter; a matter that as explained above, we have tried to resolve without litigation We have done all we can and now we look forward to our day in court.here

I am sorry that the customer's Samsung refrigerator had so many service issue and was not cooling for herWith the unit being over year old, the unit falls under the extended warranty with Product Protection Plus The warranty company authorized us, Appliance Factory, to only replace the unit with the GE model GFE28HGHBBOnce she refused this unit on delivery I personally talked to the warranty company about authorizing the same unit she origianlly purchased Our purchasing department found one we had in stock that was an A- quality The Return Authorization department called her on 2-9-to inform her that we now have the exact same model to replace her old unit withAnd for her to call back to set up for deliveryShe was called again today, 2-23-and is now set up for delivery this coming Monday 2-29-

Our company has a no refund policy on Electrical parts and it is stated on every sales invoice.An exception was made and this customer was issued a full refund on Friday 1/22/16.The customer said at that time he was going to remove his complaint.Thanks [redacted] Manager Fort Collins Parts

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The electrician that repaired the loose wire connection listed in his invoice of $"Further found broken staples & clamp on the power line to the oven unit pulled out to far by repair tecwithout disconnecting the oven wire harness from existing junction box behind the unit"The bottom line, the last tec(a bigger person) that worked on the oven unit on August 15th, pulled the oven out too far PERIODThe previous techdid not cause the problem, since we had power to the oven (almost year) No matter how you cut it, Brand Appliance Repair caused the problem and they are too cheap, and don't care about the customer, to pay the $cost to repair the oven unitI also suspect that the tectook the photos after he did the damage to the wiring and then blamed it on the original installation Sincerely, [redacted]

We have had multiple communications with Mr [redacted] in regards to this alleged incident Our technicians do not perform the function he alleges that caused the damage as they all use a specific tool to do so We never suggested that Mr [redacted] was dishonest rather we explained why we couldn't have caused this issue

Applinace Factory apologizes for not meeting Ms [redacted] expectationsIt is our sincere hope to make every customer a Raving Fan!Ms [redacted] purchased an Out of Box [redacted] Washing machine Ms [redacted] had a European Outlet installed in home Our Delivery crew hooked up the unit to another plug and tested the unit I walked Ms [redacted] through usage and how to pause the machine The Machine was functioning until Ms [redacted] had an electrician come and move the outlet behind the machine We have images of the European outlet that was originally installed This has most likely created the issueWe attempted to have [redacted] service her machine based upon manufactures warranty but the customer refused Since the Machine is in her home and tested functioning, it needs to be serviced to find true cause The same day the above was happening Ms [redacted] signed for and accepted a GE dryer which she gave confirmation over the course of a week because the compact machine that was requested originally was ventless and Ms [redacted] could not see behind her machine originally to tell whether she had a vented or vent less unit, and Bosch makes both We accommodated Ms [redacted] at no additional charge and upgraded her to a factory sealed GE and redelivered at no extra costWe absolutely credited back Ms [redacted] for the product she hadn’t received It was after the above that Ms [redacted] Charged back the cost of the Machines that had been successfully delivered and tested We would love to help Ms [redacted] get service to her machine that ceased to function as per the manufactures warrantiesAF believes washer issue is a result of improper electrical in the homeIf this is the case, customer is responsible for correcting issueAF will do everything in our power to help resolve her issueAgain, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience

May 27, [redacted] /Boulder Revdex.com [redacted] , CO [redacted] Attn: [redacted] RE: [redacted] & [redacted] Ms [redacted] , Thank you for forwarding the letter to us from Mr [redacted] The letter stated that he wants his warranty to provide another resolution that does not include the manufacturer required repair On 4/26/I spoke with Ms [redacted] and informed her that her unit was part of a [redacted] service bulletin that required a gasket to be put on the back of her unit This is a known issue with [redacted] and the repair is the required fix Ms [redacted] was informed that her warranty company Product Protection Plus will not proceed with replacement review until service kit that is on recall with [redacted] is completedMs [redacted] informed us she does not want to do it because it will not fit in her homeMs [redacted] was informed that is a manufacturer issue and something that we cannot fixMs [redacted] was provided the website for the terms and conditions of her warrantyI apologize for any inconvenience this has caused Ms [redacted] Brand Source Services continues to refine and update it’s policies and procedures to provide the customer with above satisfactory service
