I signed a contract with this company in December 14th after having been told that they would get my car transported from Colorado to Georgia by the first week in January I waited and waited and didn't hear back from them so I called and was told they still didn't have a carrier and kept giving me excuses that this is a bad time of the year to get a car movedThey kept telling me it would get done everyday that I called them and now it is Friday and we are leaving Tuesday morning for Georgia and still don't have a company to transport our carIf I hadn't kept calling them I doubt I would even know that they didn't have someone lined up This is an unacceptable way to do business and must be fixedThey claim to have over years of experience in the business but it feels like I am dealing with newbiesThey should have known when I first called them that this was a bad time of year and told me that they needed to offer more money The quote started at $and then they raised it to $at the end Had they started with a higher number I am positive it would have been picked up by a carrier
After searching and doing a few of those online automobile-shipping quotes, I had a good feeling about this company "Ship Your Car Now"I used these guys to ship a Volkswagen bus from the U.Kto Hawaii What seemed like an insurmountable journey at first was made nearly pain-free thanks to Randle Fand his team The entire process began in October and I picked up my vehicle at the Matson port in Honolulu, Hawaii on April11, As can be expected, there were a few hiccups during the process (e.g., pidate revisions on my part, dealing with other carriers/subcontractors, additional fees due to customs/inspection, etc.); however, Randle was responsive, dependable and accommodating He was available and quick to address all my questions and concerns Overall, I'm happy and satisfied with the serviceHighly recommended and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again
