I was disheartened by some of the negative feedback given this company as they are a Shipping Broker and are busy working with multiple carriers that meet their standards. Prices and timelines are next to impossible to meet for every customer as well as satisfaction regardless of the shipping company you choose.
Call Ship Your Car Now and ask for Erick Bleicher and sit back and relax, if he can't get it there quicker and less expensive then others then it likely can not be done.

I called [redacted] on Monday and by 4 on Tuesday my SUV was delivered clear across the state of Missouri. The driver [redacted] needs to be given a lot of work by Ship your Car Now because he was ever so kind and courteous in giving me time to meet him way out in the country at my friend's car shop where the SUV will be repaired with my cash for the COD. I have never shipped a car before but if I ever do again, I will call [redacted] at this company and get him to set the deal. The quote was what I paid and even though I did not expect the car this fast, the driver they got to deliver worked out the logistics of meeting me. OK..so here is the deal. If you want a reputable company and fast service with the highest degree of customer service then call [redacted]. Oh.. and we are not related if you are thinking that. I am just happy with what he did for me.

I dealt with a salesperson name [redacted] shipping my personal vehicle across country and I have to say, hands down, this was the worst buying experience, customer serve exp, and interaction with a representative of any organization I've ever dealt with. He is completely unprofessional with his nasty, rude pompous attitude. He told me numerous times, 'I don't care I won't ship your car' - His line is, ' WE are A- rating on Revdex.com' - it's all BS .. they say they are not a broker, they ARE A BROKER. They say they will not charge you a 'fuel surcharge fee' - they do! It all a crock of BS. They're a scam, full of lies, and should be stayed away from 100%.

They picked my cars up the day after I contacted them and delivered them exactly when they said they would. I would recommend Ship Your Car Now (SYCN) to anyone just on their customer service. I spoke with a broker, [redacted], who walked me through the process and rates. I had 3 other competing quotes. [redacted] (quoting me slightly better than SYCN) and two others [redacted] & [redacted] (who quoted me hundreds of dollars less than DIY & SYCN).
[redacted] explained several reasons why the other two companies had such low quotes and pointed me to sites like transportreviews.com to check their legitimacy [redacted] has D- on this site too!).
Instead of trying to get me to do business with SYCN, he honestly told me to go with the slightly better quote I got with DIY, since it'd save me a few bucks. I was impressed that he didn't try to shove his sales pitch down my throat and was completely honest.
After quick research, I found that [redacted] was right! If [redacted] falls through, I am going directly to SYCN because they are knowledgeable and honest!
I dealt with Mike L. and he couldn't have made it easier. A quick deposit on my credit card, a few electronic signatures and they take care of the rest! The actual trucking company that picked the vehicle up was Viktant Transport. Extremely professional, personable and super easy to work with. My car was in good hands with Alex and it arrived early! I was shipping my car from Louisiana to Virginia. I was told my [redacted] at Ship Your Car Now that my car would be picked up for sure on Tuesday and guaranteed delivery on Friday. I said ok and booked the move. When the time came, I could never get a hold of [redacted] or the truck transport company. The driver showed up late on Wednesday and delivered the car late on Sunday. [redacted] said he would call the driver and let me know exact times and I never heard from him again. This is a horrible company, do not ship your car with them. They claim they're the best and the most honest and they are not. They just want to book your car and then you can take care of the delays. They will never call you back, I called asking for a discount due to the delays and incurred and expenses and I never heard from the company again. Because of all my delays, I incurred extra expenses that I was not planning for and being carless was a HUGE expense.
After agreeing on a price and date with shipyourcarnow they failed to meet the initial date. Which caused the seller to lose a day of work. Then they guaranteed me if I paid more money they could get another transporter to pick up the car for the next day, I had no other choice and needed transport so I Agreed. They FAILED AGAIN to pick up my car, later on that day they had a driver and gave me a contact number directly to the transporter for the NEXT day. I called the transporter and he had no idea what I was talking about and I wasn't on the books. At this point shipyourcarnow charged my credit card a deposit fee and I called them up and decided no longer to use there really bad service and asked for my money back. There answer is the GURANTE is not in writing and that they wouldn't give me my deposit back. I kid you not [redacted] the dispatcher said good luck trying to get your money back!!.
