I ordered glasses I paid cash for them and I never received them when I called they told me their machine broke I have no idea if I will ever get the glasses or not

I ordered an item from Shopko.com, and I was shipped the wrong item. I called and arranged to ship the item back so that I could be shipped the correct item. I was then told after I shipped the item back that the item I had ordered was not in stock (even though the online store showed it was in stock) and that I would get a refund of the purchase price MINUS the shipping and handling. I fought for my shipping and handling to be refunded, and still nothing has been refunded. So, I paid to have the wrong item shipped to me and then told the item I paid to have shipped to me was not even available. Terrible business practice.
