I'm sorry to hear the customer had an unsatisfactory experience. We can assist the customer with their [redacted] menu listing as well as numerous other publishers. Unfortunately we cannot control how soon the menu will post on [redacted]. As per the customers request we have issued a full refund.

We have removed the menu from [redacted] and contacted the business owner in order to obtain the correct information at no cost. Once we have obtained the correct information it should be visible within 24-48 hours.

We will reach out to this customer today and assist.

The customer informed us that he had already disputed the charges with his bank. We will submit a request for refund but may not be able to fulfill the request based on the bank dispute results.

We spoke to the customer on [redacted] and agreed upon a resolution. As a result she was refunded for 6 months.

Response makes no sense.  I have no business...

relationship with them so there is no reason to contact me.  I don't want them to contact me.  They need to admit they were wrong in posting incorrect and unauthorized information under my business name, and agree to never do it again, no matter where the business name may appear.

My bank has given me credit for 3 months of payments.  The business offered me three months so if I keep the three months refund than I'll consider it closed but if the company disputes the three months the issue will not be closed.
