Terrible company
BE careful when getting involved with this company, If you forget to hold a delivery, they will NOT what so ever stop and hold it or refund you. Even if it is one day after. They will charge you the full amount, they send repeat things all the time. the jewelry is crap goes to my 4 yr old niece. Definitely not worth it, go to a place that will be understanding and issue a refund, The order wasn't even sent out and I was charged and they refused to cancel the delivery!

Deceptive company. I used *** to pay. I went to unsubscribe prior to being automatically charged and it didnt look like they had my credit card info. I went to *** to make sure no automatic authorizations would come from this company. BUT they don't charge under the name singleswag. Lovely. So it didnt look like I had anything authorized. Sure enough they charged me. I contacted them just a few hours after the charge and there is absolutely nothing they can do to reverse the charge. There rules are clear. I get it. But the account page is confusing and they don't charge using the SingleSwag name. It looked like they didnt have a proper way to charge me based on my profile. Sure enough they did. Just don't sign up for this company. They will send you an email hoping you love the crap you dont want.

When you contacted us at our customer service email you were offered, accepted and were given a refund for 5 of the 6 boxes in your subscripton. This subscription was canceled as well. We do, in fact, charge with the SinglesSwag name and apologize for any confusion there.

I requested that this Single Swag refund my money when I found out the charges made to my account were unauthorized. I contacted my bank who suggested that I contact this company. When I did, they reassured me that the subscription would be cancelled and no future charges would be made. However, I now find that more charges were made from my account and the subscription is not cancelled. I am angry and feel that this company is a scam. I would like my money back and any subscriptions that are using my bank/card accounts should be immediately cancelled. The latest charges are for 74.00

This customer's account was canceled per her request, the box was purchased by someone in her family, ***. This person purchased multiple boxes by opening multiple accounts. We cancelled them as soon as the customer alerted us but we sent the boxes they paid for. We advised they should contact their bank to dispute the charges, not the Revdex.com.

We have put a discount on your account, available to you at any time, and hope you will consider subscribing again in the future.

I signed up for one box on the single swag website because they were running a special and I didn’t realize that if I didn’t uncheck a box you were automatically charged double for another box the following month. I immediately emailed them (because they of course do not have a number to call) and asked for a refund when I saw the charge on my debit. The agent emailed me back, refused a refund, and offered a discount. It is so appalling it’s absurd. Especially as a disabled individual. They shouldn’t be in business.

When any subscripiton is renewed there is a simultaneous order place for the products we will include in the next month's box and this can't be reversed. We see that you have had a previous subscription that renewed, so you were aware of this policy.

We have cancelled your account going forward, and the August box will be the final box you will receive.

As this box hadn’t even shipped When I had my horrific conversation with a representative with this company, I do not see why a refund wasn’t and isn’t possible. But I guess I’ll be out almost 43 dollars because I forgot to uncheck a box....

I have a subscription with SinglesSwag. I ordered a box in June and recieved it in May which I was quite happy with. Unfortunalt I didn't have enough funds on my credit card at the time of when they were charging my credit card so it got declined. Because of this I figured the only way for me to order July's box was to order a new box. Which I did but I guess I did it twice. So I got charged once on July 15th and then again on July 16th. The two amounts were different. But I have contacted singles swag regarding a refund for the second charge on May 16th. I was told that they put a credit for my account for septembers box which I don't want because I told them I wasn't sure if be renewing my membership then. (now after my experience I for sure will not be renewing!) They also told me they'd send me the second July box regardless which I told them I don't want. I just want one of them and a refund for the other . After I emailed again saying I want a refund to my credit card I got no response so I messaged them in Facebook and I was told according to their policy they don't do refunds. I checked their policy and nowhere in there does it state no refunds!!! So I sent them a message back saying if I don't get a refund I will post on all my social media platforms letting all my friends and followers know about their company. Since then I've been blocked from contacting them on Facebook ( EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE). I later emailed them again with the same message I sent on Facebook and I have not gotten a response yet. It's been 2 days. Don't ever order from this company their customer service is garage actually NON EXISTANT !! they clearly have no care in the world to work with their paying customers. And they make you stuck with a subscription even if you don't want it. My refund I'm asking for isn't even a high amount. It's for one box. 45$ US. Unbelievable, the worst subscription box company I've ever dealt with!! And on too of that they don't even have a phone number to contact so if they block you on Facebook and don't respond to emails your screwed. I guess that's why there's so many *** reviews on here for them!!!

In reviewing this account, as the customer stated, she opened two accounts and we shipped her two boxes which we have tracking for. Then the customer emailed us, and within the 48 hour time frame indicated in our initial automated response, one of our customer service agents issued her a refund.

I was notified by *** of an impending charge for a 3 month subscription on July 15th and canceled my subscription that same day -- on July 15, 2020. I then asked for a refund, and was told that cancellations occurring after the 15th cannot be processed. Ok, but I canceled ON the 15th. Also, I should at least be able to receive a refund for the other two months. Why keep my money for a August and September box, when I already canceled in July? This feels like a way to scam people out of money.

They haven't yet given me my money back. First they offered me a refund, then they said only after the *** matter is closed. I asked them to confirm that if I close out the *** matter, they'll refund my money, but they've given no response.

Ordered a box to try the service. It was delayed, they claim UPS lost it. UPS said the tracking they gave me was not correct. Box came very late, I was really disappointed, went to my account to cancel and they had already charged me for the next box! They said I could not cancel. The box came on July 16, could not have canceled or known how bad the box was until I received it. As an aside,the retail values they assign are very inflated. I wish 8 had read all the complaints on them here, would never have placed on order. And same, they totally blocked me on social media, which I see is a tactic they use with others. Really poor business practices.

Re: the July SinglesSWag box - After we mailed your July SinglesSWag box there was a significant UPS error affecting thousands of packages and UPS could not locate your shipment. As soon as we were made aware of the situation, we maiiled you another July box.

Unless otherwise marked by the subscriber, all of our subscriptions auto renew. As per the information on our website, we cannot process refund requests for cancellations received after the 15th of the month. When any subscription is renewed after the 15th of each month, there is a simultaneous order placed for the products we will include in the next month's box.

Your account is canceled. There will be no further charges or boxes sent.

this company continues to lie and continues to bill when it’s not acceptable. If you say that you can’t cancel before you receive your first box and the first box is delayed until the 16th and then you bill before the next box is shipped this is a rip off. If you look at the other Revdex.com complaint you will see I am not the first one this company continues to practice bad Business practices. I’m fighting this up with my credit card but I just want warn everybody do not buy from this company. Not just listen to me listen to the other 50 or 60 customers that have the same experience. They block you on social media they don’t listen they don’t follow normal business practices, total rip off. You do not bill the customer three weeks before the item is due to ship and then ship the items late, blame UPS which is totally false UPS said that the track and they provided is fake, and I will continue to fight this!

Customer's agree to our terms and conditions at checkout and our cancellation and refund policies are listed clearly on our website. Subscribers are able to cancel at any time by logging into their account, which they are required to establish when they sign up, on our website or by contacting us via email or on one of our high traffic social media channels. Our written policy is that cancellation requests must be received on or before the 15th calendar day of the month prior to the following month's shipment.

As for the delay, UPS has experienced a higher than expected shipping volume as highly publicized on their website. Due to a significant UPS error affecting over 100k packages, UPS could not locate the customer's shipment. As a proactive step, we mailed her the July box with 2 Day shipping which is marked as delivered on July 15th.

The items in the box have a verified total retail value of over $200. We have shipping confirmation (and customer confirmation) that they received their box. *** USPS. As per the information and policy on our website, we are unable to refund boxes that have been delivered but we cancelled the customer's subscription moving forward.

I never authorized another box to be charged to my account and sent to me I specifically went online when I lost my job due to COVID-19 on their site and CANCELED everything so NOTHING would auto renew and take funds that didn't exist out of my account. Much to my suprise July 15th 2020 I arrive home to a SinglesSwag box on my doorstep. I am not sure what to do with it. I haven't opened it, I was not present when it was dropped off or I would of advised the UPS driver to keep it/return to sender. I'm going take it to the UPS store down the street and return it that way. I certainly do not want to keep it now that I've conversed with their ratchet customer service via e-mail. It took several days to hear back from them but finally an "Ashley" responded issue# *** denying a refund and even advising me I'd be charged for another box. I have all email communication back and forth. Simply said: They did not have my authorization to charge my account I CANCELED. I've also reached out to my bank to advise of the fraudulent transaction. I reached out to SinglesSwag CEO Jonathan Beskin via IG but haven't gotten a response but I can not imagine any legit company keeping happy customers if their customer service is this horrible. This isn't a company I'll use again, when I first when in and canceled I thought I'd reactivate my subscription because I had been a satisfied customer up until NOW. I wouldn't recommend them AT ALL, ever. Especially now.Additional info dated 7/22/2020: I just wanted to update the case with the tracking number of the UPS return of the box it is: 1ZRW18860373883608 (It cost me $12.75 to return it, they wouldn't just do like "return to sender") I have the receipt if needed.

[Please note June 28th I did not start up a new subscription, review my account history each box I ordered I used a coupon code to get a discount, NEVER would I ever pay full price for one of those boxes. It's a stretch getting them at the discounted rate. How many other customers are getting charged and not going to the drastic measures I have gone, Why would the owner block me on social media when all I did was respectfully reach out to express my concern for lack of customer service. Something is NOT right here. Is this going on with the other sister companies? I canceled ALL of my subscription boxes at the same time and this is the ONLY one that came anyway and I had to pay to ship back and hope and pray I got my funds back. This is by no means a way to retain customers.]

I have NOT been credited back the $39.99 was was charged to my cc. See attached screen shot. I want my card refunded immediately. I cancelled my subscription with Singles Swag 2 months ago. I cannot continue to be charged for this subscription service. Thank you.

In checking your account we see that you had a subscription, where you received 2 SinglesSwag boxes and canceled it on 5.27.20. You then started a new subscirption on 6.30.20 from which you recieved a July SinglesSwag box and will be sent an August SinglesSwag box by the end of the month. This subscription is still active (screenshots attached for both of these).

If there were items missing from your boxes or something you were expecting to receive but didn''t, please let us know and we will be happy to try to accomodate.

On May 7, 2020 I saw a charge on my credit card for $224.99 that happened on April 16, 2020. I flagged it with my credit card company because I wasn't aware of any purchase for that amount. I had not gotten any correspondence from SinglesSwag that my membership was renewing. I can understand that's how they trap people into automatically renewing by not sending them any emails other than the initial sign up email. Anyway I had initially flagged the transaction with my credit card company. Then I searched through all my emails to see what I could find from SinglesSwag. I found the initial email from October 20, 2019 when I signed up for SingleSwag so I then emailed (May 7, 2020) asking them why I was being charged $224.99 and if I could cancel it. On May 9, 2020 I received an email response from Natasha saying the renewal is auto renew and they would offer me 40% off the subscription. I responded to Natasha almost immediately that same day asking if I could cancel the remaining boxes. I didn't hear back until May 11, 2020 from Natasha offering me 40% off or a refund of the remaining 5 boxes. I responded that same day saying I wanted a refund. On May 12, 2020 Natasha responded letting me know she couldn't proceed with the refund until the credit card dispute that I had initiated was resolved. I completely understand them needing to wait to issue a refund at this point. SO I wait until my credit card company contacts me and tells me the dispute is resolved and they paid the $224.99 to SinglesSwag on June 12, 2020. On June 16, 2020 I email Natasha again letting her know my credit card issue was resolved and request a refund. I receive no response. So I email again on June 23, 2020 asking for a refund and letting them know that nobody has responded to the email I sent on June 16, 2020. Still no response so I email again on June 25, 2020. I receive a canned email on June 25, 2020 that there Is a high volume of emails but someone will respond as soon as possible. On June 29, 2020 I still have not received a response and email yet again. On June 30, 2020 I receive an email from Natasha letting me know that she couldn't issue a refund because of the dispute of charges I had filed with my credit card. I responded to Natasha that same day with a screenshot of my credit card site with the charge to SinglesSwag for $224.99 that was completed on June 12, 2020. I didn't receive any response back from Natasha. I waited. Still no response so I sent another email on July 2, 2020 asking for someone to help me or call me and gave my phone number. No response. I sent another email on June 7, 2020 asking for someone to help me with the issue and that if I didn't hear back from anyone by July 10, 2020 I would be filing a claim with the Revdex.com. I never received a response. It has been almost a month since my credit card paid SinglesSwag $224.99. It should be showing up on their end and they should be able to refund me the cost of the remaining 5 boxes. I find the lack of email response from the company disturbing to say the least. COVID is no excuse for ignoring multiple emails over such a long time period. I also confirmed that my SinglesSwag account is closed.

We apologize that you sent several emails recently that weren't answered. We pride ourselves on our customer service, which clearly has fallen short where you are concerned. However, just tongiht we tried to process a refund to your card on file and received the message attached. You can see by the date/time in lower right that this just occured. We are not going to be able to process a refund to your card on file until your credit card lifts the block. Please reach out to your card company and ask them to lift the block. As soon as that's done we will process the refund for the 5 boxes.

I accidentally ordered and tried to cancel two hours later. TWO HOURS. They haven't sent my order or refunded my money. The total was $143 but they only refunded $103. All I want is my money back. I miss ordered this back on June 24th. It's the middle of July and nothing has been received by me other than a partial refund. They do not respond and have blocked me on social media so that I can't give them a review now or send them a private message. This company is as shady as they come.

I just want the rest of my money back!

I ordered from this company and did not receive the 'Petite Box'. I emailed them and asked for the Tracking Number and received no response. I feel that company is a scam.

I so wish I had read all these before I got involved with this company.

I placed an order on June 14, for a box. Which never arrived. It said clearly on the site that on the 16th of the NEXT MONTH I would be charged again for a box, auto renewal. I cancelled my account well before then and look at shock when on the 26th of June a few weeks after I already purchased a box I get charged for $64.00. I have ZERO idea what this charge is for at all, and why it came out.

After trying to contact the company several times no one will return my emails. This company took over $100 from me in two weeks when all I wanted was one box. They won't reply, I want my money back, I've recieved ZERO items or boxes from them and now, during COVID when I'm already spread thin I am down $100 and they ignore me. This is shady. This is disgusting. I wish I never gave them my card info and it looks like I'll never get my money back based on the responses on this site to similar claims.

As per the informaiton on our website and as explained in emails with our customer service team, if you sign up for SinglesSwag on or before the 16th day of each month, you are charged initially when you sign up and your first box shipped within a few days. You will be charged again at the end of that month, prior to shipping the next month’s box. Moving forward you will only be charged on the 16th of the month for the following month's box.

Both your June and July boxes have been mailed. With the current enviroment, packages are taking longer than usual to navigate thru the mail stream and be delivered, but we are vonfident you will receive your SinglesSwag boxes. Your account is canceled; there will be no further charges or boxes sent.

I subscribed for the monthly box with Singles Swag. I was charged $24 on May 16th 2020 for the June subscription which was to be shipped on June 3rd 2020. After not receiving the product in over a week I contacted the company's support to get an answer. I was told that my subscription box was at "risk". It has been 2 weeks since I inquired about my box and they can't give me a solid answer as to why I have not received anything. I asked for my money back and they refuse to do so. All I want at this point is my money back!!

It apears that the issue started with USPS flagging your address as not correct; now that you've confirmed your address you will receive a past box as well as the current box you have paid for. We appreciate you staying a part of the SinglesSwag family!

SinglesSwag has no phone number, so they can only be contacted by email or by Facebook message.

I tried to cancel my 224.99 renewal subscription early enough, according to their guidelines, but my numerous emails went unanswered. When I finally did get someone to talk to me, by messaging them on Facebook, they said it was too late and that the most I could now be refunded was for 5/6 of the boxes. The delay was their fault, not mine. At any rate, after that message, they went ahead and took the full 224.99 out of my bank early last week.

Since then, I have sent dozens of emails and tried to contact them again on facebook. They BLOCKED me on facebook. They have been completely silent for a week, the money is still gone, and I have no other way to contact them other than sending emails, which go unanswered.

I would like the full subscription - all 6 boxes - refunded to me immediately. They caused me to be overdrawn, to rack up overdraft charges, and to not be able to buy groceries for my family. I told them my mother has COVID and had a heart attack. They are heartless.

Again, this was not poor planning on my part. I did everything right. Please help me get my money back.

However, Singles Swag is not honest about the *** hold. That happened 2 weeks ago.

I previously requested cancellation of a 6 month renewal and this was not honored. I was charged 224$ and have tried to contact them multiple times through email and Facebook because they do not have a phone number. I need this to be refunded and to be ensured my subscription actually cancelled this time so I do not have to deal with their horrible customer service again.

I came across an ad for the January box, clicked it and placed an order. When I received my order it was not the January box. I reached out to the company via email but the email didn't send so I commented on the FB post I saw. Instead of them replying to my comment offering to help they deleted it and I was blocked from being able to comment on any post on their page. I saw someone had a similar issue on a post of their on *** and they told the person to message them on there. I sent them a message via *** on Feb. 1 and included a screenshot of the email showing I would be getting the January box. They asked for my email address then didn't respond back until March 15! And only responded after I emailed them again saying "No help from here + permanently blocked from being able to comment on posts on your FB page = lost customer!" They replied back saying they'd check my account and get back to me. Then again on Mar. 22 saying sorry for the delay and that they could check their fulfillment center to see if they had any January boxes available. I said I'd appreciate that. Then on May 6 they messaged me saying, "Hi! We do still have the January boxes available. We would be happy to charge you for the January box at 40% off".

So their way of fixing their mistake is to sell me the item I purchased and was told I'd be getting at 40% off the cost?! How is this a legit business? This is a shady business with zero sense of customer service. They delete and block those who make any negative comments which leads people to believe they're product is great. All I want is the box I ordered and d told If be getting and they won't fix their mistake.

I see that you have been offerd the January SinglesSwag box at 40% off; we would be able to give you a 50% discount if you'd like that box. Just let us know.
