I originally subscribed to Single Swag for 6 months not realizing they are a misleading predatory company that hides a check box somewhere on their website that automatically recharges your account every six months for new boxes - so on May 15, 2020 I was charged $381.69 (Canadian) for 6 more boxes - which I did not want. I contacted Single Swag and told them I did not want those boxes and they said they'd refund five of the six boxes - but *** has continued to try and debit my bank account so I am continuing to get nsf charges to my account now amounting to $150 in nsf charges in addition to the $381.69 they had originally charged me for boxes I do not want. Since June 1st they are not answering my emails and have stopped all communication with me.

I have checked my *** account and there is nothing there - as of June 21, 2020 - that is keeping Single Swag from refunding my money - there is no hold on my *** account as of today - I had put in a dispute on my *** account - but it was refused because the payment had gone through by *** - but since it was refused - it has since been dismissed - so there is nothing on my account now for them to not issue the refund - so I reject this response - there is nothing right now for them to now issue a refund.

- HI! We let you know this thru email on 6.24. The hold placed by *** (due to the dispute you initiated) was lifted earlier this week and we were able to process the promised refund on June 23rd.

There is a 30% discount on your account and we hope you will consider subscribing again in the future.

I placed my order May 9th for an initial order. I contacted the company on May 16th that I got an alert for a package but no package was in my mailbox so I contacted the company. I’ve been trying to get a refund even since.
B*** has not issued a refund or resolved my issue, the customer service has been poor and they have stolen the money without the goods and I’ve needed to contact them 3 times without getting it resolved.

I sent 9 messages during this time frame to resolve the problem asking for a refund since it was not resolved. After June 9th, I didn't hear back. I don't want a box as I tried to get one for weeks. I would like a refund for the order.

I reached out to the business for a resolution from May 15- June 9th sending several messages for a box. Not only did I not get a box, I had several days delay in getting a response even. When I did get a response after I put in a Revdex.com complaint finally after the June 20th, then I got a response for a box. I would like a refund. This has been unprofessional experience from the beginning to the end.

I understand the account is canceled and no more boxes will be sent, which I am relieved. This issue was not resolved and customer service was ineffective with long waits/ no response/ no box sent after I contacted the business. My efforts to the business were unresolved and that will remain my stance and this issue will remain unresolved.

I subscribed to SingleSwag in early May. I accidentally subscribed again at the end of May and I told them I didn't intend to do that I wanted to cancel one subscription. The representative named Jennifer told me they would not send me double boxes but they couldn't refund my money. She said instead that I would receive a June and July box. I told her I didn't want either of the boxes since I couldn't get my money back for the one. I had also gone on the site and cancelled both subscriptions but they had already locked me to pay.8

As it was explained to you via email, all of our subscripitons auto renew and products are ordered as soon as a renewal takes place. We did try to accomodate your double charge by sending both a june and july box, instead of two of the same boxes.

We do try to accomodate our subscribers when we can. As a reminder, when you first subscribed you received the May welcome box instead of the standard May box as that was the box we were advertising when you ordered.

As soon as you wrote in letting us know you were expecting other products, we asked you to let us know 2 items you would like and we sent them right out to you withot further charge.

The reason it's not resolved for me is because there is still the matter of the extra 39.99 charge for July. They already sent June Box to me against my wishes, and two extra items from a May box. I didn't send the box or items back cause I wasn't sure if I did,that I would I still get my money back for those items, so I kept it. Honestly I think it just adds insult to injury that they would send the box after I clearly asked for my money back because of their very poor customer service. So what's the excuse for July? They have had plenty of time to refund the other 39.99 when I emailed them and clearly told them that I DID NOT want a second box.

I said it wasn't resolved for me because that had ample time to refund my money, but I received 2 boxes instead. I didn't want 2 boxes I wanted a refund, but I'll never do business with Single Swag again and I'll be sure to tell every woman I know that does subscription boxes about their terrible customer service.

I subscribed to singles swag and prepaid for a 6 month subscription. After 2 boxes, I was very unsatisfied with the quality of the items received. The only contact they list is an email address. Despite multiple emails requesting to cancel my subscription and a refund for the remaining 4 boxes, I have received no resolution. They have responded only 2 times both of which ignored my clear request for a refund. Today, they issued a refund for 1/2 of what I paid even though I only recieved 2 of the 6 boxes I paid for. I want a full refund. Their product is junk.

We'd like to explain what happened here. As per the information on our website, cancellations go into effect at the end of a subscription. We were as disappointed as you to hear that you didn't like the products in your SinglesSwag boxes and made an exception to issue a refund for the boxes you won't recdive. When you order a multi-month subscription you are given a discount off the month-to-month price; since you weren't keeping the full subscripion you were charged the regular price for the 2 boxes you did receive.

I have contacted Single Swag numerous times by email to cancel subscription even on day ordered it was ordered by mistake they gave me some excuse have to be cancelled before the 15th of Month. Kinda hard when you order after that this company is a scam said they would still send me the first box and cancel the subscription went into my account it was still active. Charged me $39.99 plus taxes what a joke!!

I would accept the offer but Single Swag lied to me and the Revdex.com about the date I cancelled it is recorded in two different emails so why the lying if there wasn’t a scam? That’s why I want my refund very shady

I renewed my box, and added a new credit card number at the end of March 2020 to then be charged again with notice again on the 16th of April 2020 the full amount, in which they took my new credit card and charged it again. During this I was working on a cruise ship during the cover crisis, no email was sent that they did the second transaction.
After finally making it home I looked at the account saw the second renewal. Contacted them with no response. Sent a second email to have no response. They have no phone number and just a email contact.

I purchased a box from this membership club. After receiving the box I tried canceling my membership because the box was very disappointing and quite a mess when I received it. The company just charged me again for this box $39.99. I immediately messaged them and told them that I had cancelled the membership and wanted a refund. Both my husband and I have been laid off because of covid-19 and I can not afford this either. The company was very rude and said they have no record of me canceling. So I immediately canceled it again thru their website. Never received a cancellation email or anything...just like the first time...so this time I made sure it was canceled by emailing the company but they still will not refund me. They basically just sent me a 30% off coupon to reinstate the membership???? WTF?? I told them my household was laid off and they were just rude back to me saying they are shipping the box and keeping the $39.99.

I cancelled my subscription and yet to hear back from the company if they are refunding my 39.99 or sending me my final box. No customer service number listed. Only email. I have emailed twice and the company has the same answer but no answer in refunding or sending my product I was charged for.

I was charged twice for a $39.99 charge that I never authorized. Nor did I ever receive any product from them either! Plus, this was from a credit card I don’t even have! Your email to our customer service team was answered by Leslie within 10 hours of you writing yesterday. In checking we see that you started two different SinglesSwag accounts; one on 1.27.20; the other on 2.4.20. For each of those subscriptions you had a February SinglesSwag box sent to you (tracking on attached). As per the information on our website, all of our subscriptions auto renew. Your card on file was not able to be charged on 2.16 (for the March box) so your account did not renew for the March box. On March 16th both of your accounts auto renewed for the April SinglesSwag box. Leslie refunded one of those renewal charges. At this time we are not able to refund the second renewal charge.

The card that your boxes was charged to is the same card that you used for your initial order.

Copies of your orders and delivery confirmaiton are attached. Both of your accounts are canceled. There will be no further charges and nothing sent after one April Sinlgesswag box.

Yes, this me and my address. The card ending in 9 was an old debit card. When I saw there was a purchased made on that card, I closed the card and a new one was issued to me. I got a message from y’all saying that my payment could not be processed and my account would be cancelled. Since I didn’t make the order to begin with, I didn’t update my payment because of the order.

I never received ANY boxes from you for those two charges, nor did I order them!! The $39.99 charge you said you refunded me for was actually reversed back to you because you refunded the WRONG CARD, and now I have a $35.00 over draft fee!!

This is ridiculous!! I am leaving such a negative review. I have already disputed both of the charges with my bank. DO THE RIGHT THING AND PLEASE LET THESE REFUND AMOUNTS GO THROUGH WITH MY BANK!!!!

- Like most subscription box companies we bill ahead; the charge on 3.16 was for the April SinglesSwag box, which is scheduled to be mailed by 3.27. As you can see from the screenshot attached, the charge we refunded was put back on the card that was originally charged. We only have access to the credit card informaton you have put in your account and would not be able to refund to a different card.

Since you have involved your bank, we can no longer do anything but wait to hear their resolution.

I have reached out multiple times and this company DOES NOT answer emails and this is the only way to reach them. They have sent me messages saying my payment didn’t process but they have taken $225 from my credit card & 6 month prior $135 these are approximate amount. I have written them MULTIPLE times about the unauthorized charge. I went ahead & accepted the boxes for the $135 charge because I had paid for it even though I had canceled. I then sent all the information again to make sure they did not charge me again & felt safe because I got an email saying my pmt didn’t clear. Then sure enough they did it again and now I’m not even receiving product. I even tried again a few days ago telling them I was going to report them & I have heard NOTHING from them. I want my money back. This is ridiculous. They make it where you have no choice but to do this & I truly did not want to, but they should not take money when people have canceled and written multiple times to resolve it. Horrible customer service!!!

As per the information on our website, unless otherwise marked by the subscriber, all of our subscriptions auto renew. In checking your account we do not see that you have ever canceled. In checking our emails, the only email we have from you is from 3.4.20, which was answered by one of our customer service representatives that same day and never responded to by you (see attachment) According to the tracking, both your February and March SinlgesSwag boxes have been delivered.

Your first order 6- month order was processed with a promotional code that only applies to a new order; the renewal was done at our standard six-month rate.

We have gone ahead, canceled your account and processed a refund to your card on file for the 4 boxes you will not receive.

This company did a subscription autorenewal on February 15th through *** I contacted them past 11 PM on February 15th to tell them that I do not want to renew my subscription. I also canceled it on their page and took them off payment from *** They are refusing to give me a full refund. They are insisting that I contacted them after February 15th when I did not.

After frustration with product quality and customer service issues (including receipt of a DESTROYED Dec 2019 box) I contacted the company about cancelling my subscription on December 16, 2019. Payment processed on that date for the January 2020 box. I was told by Megan via email that my subscription was cancelled, and the Jan 2020 box would be the last box I received. Notwithstanding this, I was charged on 1/16/2020 for a Feb 2020 box. I also never received the January box I paid for. I have made NUMEROUS attempts to contact the business about this with no response.

I signed up for one year membership with Single Swag subscription. I noticed in my checking account that I was charged for another year membership and was not notified of this. I have tried to email them, but still no answer. They do not have a customer service line where the can be reached either! This is very upsetting to me and I would like the money that they stole from my account returned.

Unless otherwise marked by the subscriber, all of our subscriptions auto renew. As per the information on our website, we cannot process refund requests for cancellations received after the 15th of the month. When any subscription is renewed after the 15th of each month, there is a simultaneous order placed for the products we will include in the next month's box. The subscription that just renewed is for 6 months (the longest subscripption we have). This is the third time that your subscription has renewed like this.

We are not able to process a refund for the February SinglesSwag box. We would be happy to offer you a 40% discount off the full 6 month subscription (so you would receive all 6 boxes) and would refund that amount to your card on file or we can process a refund for 5 of the 6 boxes you will not receive.

We also saw that you filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and are sorry that you felt you needed to do that before giving us a chance to answer here. We are going to provide this same response/offer at that site.

My wife cancelled her SinglesSwag subscription multiple times. This is the second time they have charged our account AFTER it was cancelled. This time in the amount of $225. We got an email from customer service saying they will not be issuing us a refund.
DO NOT order from this company. 100% garbage.

From our admin email we have had correspondance with ***, explaining our policies, outlining the subscriptions he has ordered and processing a refund for $185.00 for 5 of the 6 boxes ordered. He will receive the first of the six boxes ordered. This email was sent and refund processed on 01.17.2020.

Yes, a PARTIAL refund was given. We were charged early. So there was not a 6 month or 12 month period between. If the remainder of the charge is refunded I can change my review. But this was the worst dealings with a company EVER!
Plus...we were blocked from communicating on facebook to get the problem solved.... Just awful customer service.

I had my January package from single swag stolen. I have emailed single swag various times to see how this can be resolved, I have already made the report with fed ex but they can't go any further as this was not a fed ex product. When I subscribed my email was incorrect and have sent various emails to get it correct and get the information on my account corrected because there’s no way for me to cancel my account or correct my information without a correct email so I just keep getting billed to my bank because no one responds to my emails and I’m not able to go into my account to cancel the subscription due to the lost email.

In checking your account we see that you sent us an email on 12.31; we do try to answer emails within 48 hours. Even with the holiday we answered you on 1.2, the day that your box was sent out.

As per the informaiton on our website:

'We are not able to issue refunds on boxes that are ordered and canceled prior to receipt of the first box.'

This policy is due to the fact that orders begin to be processed as soon as they are received so that subscribers can receive their box as soon after ordering as possible.

The discount offered from our customer service agent is on your account and will be available to you at any time.

SinglesSwag re-started my subscription / auto-renewed without notification and approval resulting in making being taken out of my account without my knowledge. Contacted them via their website to get a refund and 3 days later receive the a copy/paste from their policy. I am still waiting to hear back about a refund for the unauthorized withdrawal. also contacted via twitter with no response.

Since you have a six-month subscription, the next renewal was 6 months later, on 12.16.19. We are not able to process a refund for the January SinglesSwag box. We would be happy to offer you a 40% discount to keep the full six-month subscripiton OR we can process a refund for 5 of the 6 boxes you will not receive. In either case we will process the refund to your card on file.

I canceled my subscription with them in September. I got an email yesterday from *** stating Singles Swag had charged my account. I emailed SS only to be told they couldn't refund me. There is no contact phone number and I need my money back that they did not have permission to take. Judging by what I have read on here they I am not the only one they have done this to.

I would like to throw this out there to Swingles Swag: you need to get a customer service PHONE NUMBER where you can call and speak to a REAL PERSON. You also need to send out email reminders to your customers that their subscriptions are about to renew, especially to your 6 months customers. Had you done that, I would have been made aware that the cancellation I did back in September didn't go through and I could have canceled before you took $224.99 out of my checking account right before Christmas because I do NOT have the funds in my account. Had you done an email or have a customer service to call into I would not have contacted the Revdex.com because you did not respond to the email I sent in response to the one you show here asking again for a refund. You could offer these solutions without your customers having to drag the Revdex.com into it because I am not the only one who has done this.

With that being said, I accept you refunding me the other 5 months which should be $187.50 according to my calculations. I would like you to send confirmation of the amount credited, when it will be credited back to my account and that I have canceled your services going forward.

I tried making contact with the business and I have yet to receive a response. There is not a phone number to contact them with either it is just through email. I thought that my subscription was cancelled but apparently not and they continued to attempt to charge my account without success but finally did after trying to charge everyday for 11 days straight. I want the subscription cancelled and I want a refund. I no longer want to do business with them at all.
