MERCHANT RESOLUTION:  

It was just an unfortunate coincidence that Ms [redacted]’s card was hit with suspicious activity shortly after placing the Slendera Garcina Cambogia + [redacted] order; a quick internet search reveals the extent of issue many people are experiencing with [redacted].

Online Product Offers would like to assure both the Revdex.com and Ms. [redacted] that the questionable charge is not from us nor is the company who initiated the charge affiliated with our company in any way.

The S&H charges ($4.95 + $4.97) incurred when the Slendera Garcina Cambogia + [redacted] orders were placed will be the only charges Ms. [redacted] will see from us as her account has been suspended.

Online Product Offers does refund for RMA’ed returns, we do not issue refunds for product which is marked “Return to Sender”. Below is an excerpt from our Terms and Conditions:

30-Day Return Policy

We take great pride in the quality of the products we offer and your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. In the event you need to return an item to us, you have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to contact us and request a refund. IN ORDER TO PROCESS A REFUND, ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED AND ASSIGNED A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER. PRODUCT RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION (RETURN TO SENDER) WILL FOREFIT REFUND.

This is a dishonest, illegal, and immoral business. They called me shortly after ordering to find out how much weight I wanted to lose. They assumed the product was for me. When I said it was none of their business and asked why the rep why she wanted to know, she said "because you're fat". What kind of business represents themself like this? Their trial charges did not match the offer or the confirmation email. The terms are hidden in small print that $85.85 and $74.85 would be charged to my pay option after 14 and 18 days respectively for their two products...which by the way did not work after 14 days of consumption...I actually gained weight. When I called to cancel and ask for the charges to be reversed, they said no, that wasn't part of the terms. I immediately called my credit card company and opened an investigation. This company then called me at 11:50 PM which is against the law! You cannot call a customer at that hour. When I mentioned this to the phone rep (must have been a call center in India), they agreed to finally reverse my charges. I told them I was going to still report their business practices to the appropriate authority, they told me If I did that, I wouldn't be able to get the refund which again is against law...they threatened me. I again proceeded to them they just committed another crime, they said the money will be returned to my credit card and hung up. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS... SLENDERA AND NATURAL CLEANSE.

They hid the actual offer and price behind a very deceptive limited time offer. It appeared as if--you purchased these "diet pills" before a certain date they'd be only $10 a piece, 2 weeks later they charge you $85 for 1 of the bottles, then $75 for the other, 2 weeks later another $89. they said the offer was for only PART of the bottle!! On Dec. 23rd. they closed my account & refunded me for $120, not the total cost, but I took it & promised to stop contacting me about anything. Dec. 30th I receive ANOTHER bottle of slendera and I see shipping charges charged to my bank account. I called [redacted] and [redacted]?? said that my account was closed and this bottle was a gift?! I had to ask him to remove the shipping costs! I asked how I could ship this bottle back to them and he wouldn't give me an address or way to do it. I do not trust that this is over and I won't see additional charges! Their email is bogus too! [redacted]
