I am rejecting this response because: When I go to uninstall it after closing it, it wants me to give the program INSTALLER permission to make changes to my computer. I don't want it reinstalled. I wanted it off of there. I deleted the file folder for the program. Closed it off my Start Up menu and Task Bar. It's still in my programs to uninstall menu but at least it no longer works

Dear Ms.***,Thank you for submitting your inquiry through the Revdex.com. We were most concerned when we received it, since the practices described are directly contrary to our standards and expectationsWith the information you provided, we thoroughly searched our records
to find your mother’s account and the call itself. We were unable to find any record of the account or the call, however, which leads us to believe that it may have been a different company all together.Slimware Utilities is a trusted company that has provided millions of users with desktop support software. We are part of a publicly traded, United States-based company, and we hold ourselves, marketing and customer-service agents to very high standards. If we had been able to identify the account in this case, we would most definitely be rectifying the situation. If you believe that it was, in fact, our company, we would greatly appreciate your confirming that the information in your Revdex.com inquiry matches that which your mother provided at software purchase. If you find that she provided different information, especially and including the email address, please forward that to us, and we will search further and hope to provide a prompt resolution. Alternatively, we would be happy to set up a time to discuss this by phone, or even to have one of our agents help you remove any software from your mother’s PC. Please email us at *** and provide a date and 2-hour window that is good for a skilled and trusted agent to call and assist you.We do regret that you and your mother experienced this. While we believe it was a different company, we will still be available to help you resolve this if possible. Thank you very much for your attention.Sincerely,Slimware Utilities Support
