Review: I agreed to a two year contract with Direct TV through a Smart Circle representative working a desk at Sam's Club in Hot Springs, AR at which time I was guaranteed that when I moved 3 months later that I would get the installation free. I asked about this numerous times because I knew I would be moving in three months and so after being reassured by the rep I signed the contract on May 12th, 2014. Today I called Direct TV to schedule the move and they say I do not qualify for a free installation and want to charge me $200 and if I want to cancel the service it will cost $460. I would like to get this issue resolved instead of having to cancel direct TV because I will not pay for an install I was guaranteed would be free, I would rather pay the higher price and get out of the contract.Desired Settlement: Deliver on the free installation when I move to my new address.

Review: In December 2015 I walked into [redacted] to make a purchase. I was approached by a Smart Circle Rep. They informed me that they had some promotions with [redacted]. I was also told that if I qualified I would receive a $300 [redacted] gift card via [redacted]. I signed up with them and went on to do my shopping. I submitted my offer on December 23. I waited a couple of weeks and noticed that my card had shipped on 01/05/2016. So I patiently waited for a [redacted] tracking number. I called in on December 16th asking if they had my tracking number and was told that they didn't have one. That evening I checked my mail and came to find out that it had been delivered USPS. The only thing in the mail box was an envelope and a paper with a barcode. The gift card was STOLEN! I was beyond pissed. The main reason I kept asking for a tracking number is because I have no TRUST in the USPS. Smart Circle reassured me that my card would be delivered in a [redacted] envelope. I called [redacted] and they also told me it would be delivered via [redacted].I called Smart Circle and asked them if they could trace or cancel the card and their answer was no. They didn't even try to help me look into the issue. I also called [redacted] and they said they couldn't trace it because I didn't have a card number. The only reason why I signed up was because of the gift card. Since they got what they wanted (the sale) they really didn't care what happened to the card.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement card for the same amount that I was promised!!

Review: I purchased two smart circle certificates from Sams Club for spa services at Cioffi Salon and Spa about 3-4 years ago . The Spa is no longer in business and the vouchers do not have an expiration date. When I contacted Smart Circle I was told by [redacted] on April 9, April 20, May 5,and June 3 2014 that they would get back to me. As of today I have not heard anything from them and the matter has not been resolved. The contact number for [redacted] is [redacted] and her email address is [redacted]

Review: I have a contract with Smart Circle for Direct TV services. However almost two years into the contract I have been charged a monthly fee of over 60.00. I have tried multiple times to resolve and I am always passed to someone else. I have even contacted Sams Club and they have not resolved the issue. I have no one else to turn to and I am upset. I have spent over 1200.00 dollars more than the contract price over 2 years. They will not answer my complaint and always say they will get back to me. Please Help! I spoke to Smart Circle Reps at Sam's who advised me that I was "screwed".However they said there was nothing they could do because they employe who sold me the service no longer works for the company. This is wrong, I work hard for my money.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the money that was over paid. I would also like the contract to be terminated.

We also confirmed with the sales representative that sold the services to Mr. [redacted], and received confirmation that all pricing, including second year increases, were clearly explained to Mr. [redacted]. However, in an attempt to get more information, we did contact Mr. [redacted] on the 8th to obtain more details. We left two messages for Mr. [redacted] but have not heard back. As soon as we are able to make contact with the customer, we will provide an update to the Revdex.com,

Review: I bought Angel tickets packages from a salesman at my place of employment. He was not honest about us needing 1 package per person. When we got to the ticket window at angels stadium the first thing the employee said was, "oh no, your not going to be happy with all of this." We were then informed that we would not need all these packages. That we should return all but 1 or two.

Called the company went through the return policy. Sent off the unused packages. Received their confirmation email on April 17th. Then on April 24th received new email that they received all packages back and it would take 14 days for rerun check to arrive.

Called first week of June, and was told by customer service rep that since it was a life return it had to go through a long approval process that I should receive check with in a week. Still nothing, have called 2 more times being told the same thing. They will not transfer me to a supervisor or anyone. They have asked for my phone number so they can tell me what they find out from accounting and still nothing.

It is now July 7th, we are going on 12 weeks of a refund that should take 2 weeksDesired Settlement: Please help me get the $200 that they have of mine. I have returned their packages, and I have nothing to show. In my eyes they have stole my hard earned money.
