Rarely an item listed as available on our site may not be available, or an item may be mispriced, despite our best efforts. No one from Coleman Furniture has contacted me to confirm  when I will be receiving the complete entertainment set that I have ordered 2 months ago; however, Coleman furniture company has already charged my credit card $6,180.00 for this set. They need to send me the complete set or refund me my money.

 I attached the photos on my prior messages and here it is again. the gaps on the sides and bad leather on one piece is not  "customer preference". It is a defect or bad piece.Coleman furniture did send the technician and Tech fixed one piece and told me she needs to come back on another appointment to fix the remaining pieces, which never happened, and Coleman Furniture from no where claiming that all issues are fixed, which is not correct.I deny their claim saying this is customer preference and they address all issues.Thanks,[redacted]

[redacted]Coleman Furniture has made every attempt to resolve this issue for the customer,  We are unable to refund the cancellation fees as customer agreed to them when the order was placed and was once again advised of them when she cancelled her order. [redacted]Customer received this delivery in July of 2014 delivered and signed for in perfect condition in room of choice.  In March of 2015 they advised us that this item had started to discolor.  We submitted to the manufacturer for cleaning recommendations and warranty availability....

   They advised this was not covered under warranty as it would be considered normal wear and tear and that the natural oils from the customers hands and hair would affect the finish this way.  We provided cleaning instructions to the customer but she wants replacement items.We have fully filled the order correctly and followed through with customer as needed.At this time there is no more that can be done for this customer.

Don't waive any fees then, but simply assume responsibility as well. Pay me the hrs of missed worked. And the inconvenience of having to wait almost 1 year for you guys to complete an order. I assure you my hrs missed in vain because of Colemans mistakes surpasses $80

This customer initiate a dispute with Paypal and it was resolved in our favor.  We have repeatedly offered the customer to donate and we will issue a full refund.  Customer will not donate or even speak to us.As you can see, we are making the effort to resolve this for a full refund, but customer will not agree to this. Sharon M[redacted]Coleman Furniture
