***Coleman understands the customer is frustrated, however, we fulfilled the order for the customer.? Customer ordered a New Generation White entertainment Center.? In the product description on our website
at? *** you can see the description of the item as Cream/Distressed Non White finish.? In the fluorescent studio lightning that the item is photographed in the item does have a white look to it.? Which is why we ensure that the we identify the fact that it is non white in our description.We explained this to the customer during the delivery process and customer wanted to return the item.? As per our terms and conditions that the customers agree to when they place their order there is a cancellation fee.? Part of that fee does include shipping and is clearly outlined in the terms and conditions that customers agree to when they place their order.? Customers are not charged shipping for their original delivery, however, if a customer cancels, refuses, or returns their order then there are charges that are applied.*** ***Coleman Furniture

***Coleman understands that the customer is unhappy about the issues that arose at the time of their delivery.? All items are inspected when they arrive at the local warehouse and are then delivered to the customer.? Unfortunately there are sometimes issue that occur during delivery
that may make the item become damaged.? Due to this Coleman Furniture has procedures to rectify any such possibilities.? During the check out process all customers must agree to these conditions and policies by agreeing to our terms and conditions.Coleman Furniture has sent all the necessary parts to rectify the customers issues to their home and a certified technician has been to the customers home to completely resolve the issues.? Coleman Furniture has verified with the certified technician and the manufacturer that the item is at 100% manufacturer standards.? The technician has had to revisit the customer multiple times as the customer has been unhappy with the restoration and continues to find fault even when the items are verified to be at 100%.? The customer has to understand that as leather items are created from the hide of an animal they are never 100% identical, and as such there are always slight variations? Due to the customer having this issue Coleman Furniture has compensated the customer in the amount of $after their items were verified to be restored to 100% manufacturer standards and at the time we did that customer was OK with that resolution.? ? ***The customer received their order and the original headboard had white discoloration on it.? A replacement was sent from the manufacturer as the item did not meet manufacturer standards.? The replacement headboard was sent to the customer and the customer reported what looked like
excess glue on the headboard of the item.? A tech was sent to address the issue.? We received additional pictures from the customer and technician and after further investigation it was determined that what the customer was seeing and wanted addressed were intentional markings created by the manufacturer.? We advised the customer of such and sent a high resolution image to the customer to view.? Coleman Furniture's website displays the item and the intentional markings can be seen on the website as well.? A replacement item would have the same intentional manufacturer created markings on itWe are able to offer additional compensation if this will satisfy the customer's claim at this time.Sharon M***Coleman Furniture

[Your Answer Here) Coleman Furniture stated that they have been actively involved in resolving this issueI will insert an email where they admitted I was deleted for nearly weeksThey only responded because I kept emailing themAfter it was determined the desk was defective (separating at the seams that are only glued together), they required me to pay an addition shipping fee of $to have a replacement shippedThat $was paid, but the replacement came brokenI spoke with a representative from Coleman while the delivery company waitied The representative advised me to reject the broken desk.?
