This business is a TERRIBLE SCAM! They are charging my account and god knows where they got my account number from, but I never ordered anything from their pageI am obviously upset that I am being charged for something I had no part in, and even more concerned about how they accessed my informationNow I have to go to the bank and get a new card, and wait until Friday to see if the transactions are processed or notand if they are, then go through the process of doing dispute paperworkThey are trying to charge me nearly dollars! What ***!

I watched a video online about a software product that cures tinnitus (ringing in ears)I started too order the product until I realized that they were going to continue to send me products periodically for a charge of $and /or $69.00, so I did not go through with the orderWhen I checked my bank statement they charged me with two charges each of $and two charges of $I have called them times now for a refund and cancellation of their products and membershipThey have not refunded or cancelled yet and I have never received any products

I must say that this has been the easiest and quickest response time I have EVER received for any product I have ever dealt with on line in the 20+ years I have been on the computerI give you STARS and an A+ for your quick and adequate response to my concernI don't know how you can improve on thatIf your product is as good as your service I am looking forward to getting into it

I ordered an e-book online August *** from this company My confirmation email gave me link to download my e-book I clicked it and the only download available is for audio; there is no actual e-book I didn't want and e-book; it's not something I can use On August *** I emailed the company asking about the mix up and asking how to access the e-book instead of audio book I paid $and have received nothing! Since then I have received more debits from my account and have had to visit my bank trying to fix things I feel like they have sold my card info and continue to charge my card themselves at least twice for $and $59! All I wanted was a book and I've been paying for it ever since and still have no book!

Even though I ordered and then changed my mind, I called in and encountered extreme professionalism and courtesy from August in Customer Service Order was sent back and credit issued back to my credt card On a scale of 1-for service I give August a definite 10! I tried one of their products and it didn’t work for me no problemI tried to get a refund that was a problemI received their cookie cutter E-Mail saying I could expect my refund in three business daysNo refundA week later I called to find out what was going on nothing but bad service, and run a round by the customer service staff, ask for a manager was hung up onI called again and again never did get a refund

Company texted me claiming I had ordered somethingI have never heard of them and have ordered nothing in the last weeksThey use an answering service who does not even know what hours someone may be reached to solve the problem
Answering service is neither useful nor helpful
I am not a customerI do not know how they got my number, so I suspect some sort of scam may be going on

seems like a total scam - I apparently have been taken in I paid for some supposedly great programme to help improve eyesight on March and as yet, ** april, there has been nothing delivered to my address

On July *, I phoned software projects for a refund of two products that I bought one week earlier June **, they said that wouldn't be a problem it would take business days ,Monday July **, no refund phoned them back they told me that the money was refunded on July * which it wasn't, they gave me transaction numbers ,Phoned back a couple days latter they said there was a problem a the bank and they would have to reissue the refund okay more business to wait ,Phoned back Friday **,same issue nothing no money Phone again Monday **,again they will have to reissue the refund again third now have to wait another business , Now it's Friday **,still no money refunded to me some supervior phones me tell me it is going to take another business days to get the refund that he is personily looking after this matter , this is the forth time they said that they are going to refund the monies owed to me
