I have been very disappointed with the products that were advertised as positively reducing belly fat starting with the first cup of special tea in the evening and showing a weight loss of 2-3 lbs the next morning. I spent a total of $97.00 and did my best to do the exercises, drink the teas and smoothies and eat nothing after dinner. I did not experience any weight loss! I have requested a refund as the ads said no questions asked if unsatisfied. I haven't heard back from them.

I am an American living overseas. After ordering online a so-called hearing restorer recipe , Software Projects customer service sent me an e-mail saying the card was "suspicious" and wanted a scan of my credit card and driver's license. After submitting that they sent another e-mail saying they didn't get the scan and to send it again. I didn't and went offline. When I went back online to check e-mails I saw my bank had alerted me to seven large purchases made within 25 minutes on my card and they blocked the card. It was obvious to me Software Projects took my card information and went on a spending spree. Fortunately I wasn't responsible for the charges and the bank will issue me a new card later. Software Projects is running this hearing restorer e-mail in many of my online contacts information e-mails.

Review: I ordered a dvd by [redacted]: The Family Survival Course ([redacted]) online at a discounted price of $18.70 on Feb. **, 2014 for order #[redacted]. When I got my receipt from [redacted] who are contracted to collect payments and process orders I was provided with a link to a bonus course which thanked me for my dvd purchase and said allow 4 to 8 days for shipping. On Feb **, I contacted them and they said it is a physical package so allow 15 days and gave me a link to the Family Survival Couse to download it. It has since been transferred to [redacted] who has been giving me the run around until today, March **, when I got an email saying I did not pay for the dvd, only a download. That is not true, I have copies of the transaction and so this is also false advertising. It's now been six weeks since I paid them.Desired Settlement: I expect the physical dvd that I purchased or else a full refund.

Review: 7/*/2015 or 7/*/2015 I received an email advertising their "simple product" for a mechanism to make your own power. It was $69,00. I pressed order, but then it said that it really needed detailed instructions to do it properly. It didn't show a price when I clicked it, but then showed a $$49.95 additional charge. I immediately went back to cancel the order, but it wouldn't cancel. I tried to reach them, by phone and email, but couldn't. I called U.S, Bank my credit card co. They said they would put an alert on it and call them, but apparently couldn't reach them. I haven't been able to make any contact either and no package ever came to me. Until now, I had no success in finding them, and it is still on my credit account, which I paid so I wouldn't be in arrears.Desired Settlement: They need to refund the total of the two charges on my credit card equaling $118.95.

Review: I purchased " Tinnitus Terminator " through Software Projects, Inc at the beginning of February on line. I have tinnitus of the left ear and this program promised to alliviate the condition. Their advertisement stated that a full money back guarantee would be given ( within 60 days of purchase ) if not pleased. I followed the prescribed program of listening sounds as directed with no change in my condition. I used the program twice.

Last week, I initiated the " refund " process with all requested information. Since then, I have received confirmation of my refund request but that my email address could not be found. I only use either my or my husband's email addresses in all on- line purchases. I confirmed them again and since then have not heard anything from Tinnitus Terminator. I suspect that they are ignoring the information and request until the 60 day time limit is reached.

All I ask for is the refund if not satisfied that I was promised. The cost was $69.00.Desired Settlement: I simply want a full refund from Tinnitus Terminatior. Review: There was a information page on [redacted] on September **, 2015 stating that you could reverse hearing loss by using an [redacted] remedy. The company said they would honor a 30 day guarantee money back offer if you are not satisfied. unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the company as they use Software Projects INC as a payment site. I charged 39.00 to my [redacted] and was able to download information on reversing hearing loss. Now I find out this is all a hoax and I am unsure what steps I can take to get my money back as the company uses this software Projects inc to do the billing. Can you provide me with some guidance? I have not yet received my [redacted] statement , however I know I am close to the 30 days and I am unsure how to make contact with the company that offered the downloadable information on hearing loss.Desired Settlement: I hope this company will return my money and not be able to charge other deaf people for this hoax.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], I do not agree with all the statements made by the company. When I went to my junk mail to look for the information regarding the purchase the emails were no longer available. I contacted the company the same day that I contacted the Revdex.com as I could not find my receipt or the email that explained what to do to receive a refund. I believe the original offer said a 30 day money back guarantee not the 60 day that this company said in the response I just viewed. I am concerned that other people who fall for this gimmick will also not be able to find information on the money return policy or contact information for the company. My issue is resolved but this company bears watching. Thank You
