I purchased " Tinnitus Terminator " through Software Projects, Inc at the beginning of February on lineI have tinnitus of the left ear and this program promised to alliviate the conditionTheir advertisement stated that a full money back guarantee would be given ( within days of purchase ) if not pleasedI followed the prescribed program of listening sounds as directed with no change in my conditionI used the program twice
Last week, I initiated the " refund " process with all requested informationSince then, I have received confirmation of my refund request but that my email address could not be foundI only use either my or my husband's email addresses in all on- line purchasesI confirmed them again and since then have not heard anything from Tinnitus TerminatorI suspect that they are ignoring the information and request until the day time limit is reached

This company sells divers products onlineI bought a health product and was then billed bi-monthy for an additional productOn their website, they supply a telephone number to call without human interface in which a recorder voice promises to cancel orders promptlyThey even sent me an email saying the order would be canceledUsually you need to give a company weeks to cancel an orderBut weeks are well over and no cancellationDon't trust themThey're in the methodical rip-off business
Also the number they list to speak to a human, ###-###-####, responds automatically 'Unassigned number.'

seems like a total scam - I apparently have been taken in I paid for some supposedly great programme to help improve eyesight on March and as yet, ** april, there has been nothing delivered to my address

If you try this product and find out it's not effective in reversing your fungal infection they will refund your purchase costIf you request a refund you shouldn't need to send back the remaining product (or empty bottle); they should (as they did me) process an immediate refund merely through your call to their customer service department although at first they wanted me to send an empty bottle back

I received a link through *** to *** which claimed to cure DiabeticsTo get the information, they wanted $and I agreed to pay $After *** card payment was processed, I received an email confirming that they have charged $I argued that I only authorised $and how come the debit is for $They responded that it was for postage - even though it was supposed to be an online materialThen I searched the company name Software Projects Inc and realised that this is a scamI immediately rang my bank to stop this payment and also send numerous messages to Software Projects Inc to cancel the order and requested refundI have spent a considerable amount of time on this and not sure whether I am going to get my money back

Ordered their 3x quite mind plus because the claim that it would help with my tendonitis!! Figured the bottle, $177.00, supply would tell the story!! Three months worth! Well it has done nothing to help my issues with ringing in my ears! Contacted them and they state, To bad only have a day back guarantee and it may take longer than just the two months than I had used it when I contacted them!! Well I wonder why they have only a day return if it takes longer!! Well three months do not work either!! Consumer fraud is what this is!!

I bought the soft ware product and add came for free shipping DVD. Master reviews I cancelled. I was sent to some where else contact number. Msfter I called for refund in few hrs, telephone responder told me it is already mailed. I have the tracking number. I could send. He advised me that till I submit media mailer back not opening return to sender. That is what I did on 12/**, went and mailed rejected media envelop back.
When I sent e mail, now I got response to include the copy of the bill. I did not get the bill as I returned back the envelop. I donot trust as the company says some and does something else by misleading the public
