From my experience, this company is a total scam I ordered the diabetic booklet and month worth of the sugar balance shake mix The booklet came through, but the Sugar Balance shake mix could or would not be delivered by *** due to some instructions from Software Projects I have attempted to get a refund at least different times both through their website and by phone, both processes are ambiguous I was wanting to try the product, but no more, its nothing more than snake oil

I purchased their product, "Fungus Clear" because of their ad promise to refund any money if their product did not work I tried their product for days and it did not work I have attempted several times to contact this company for a full refund as promised at time of purchase
No one has returned my call

I had to make a second call to get my problem resolved but the lady I spoke to was nothing short of wonderful because she resolved my problem in less than a minuteYou couldn't ask for better service wherever you may shop especially when you have a problem

By mistake I signed up and gave my Credit Card for $for an e-book "Electricity Freedom System"When I realized my mistake, I immediately responded to their e-mail with my Order # requesting cancellation of the order with no response from themI tried calling their *** tel #, jumped through their choice of extensions with no result and was disconnected several times I applied for a refund and received a message stating I would have a response within minutesIt has now been several hours and no responseI view this company and its products as a SCAM
I would like my order cancelled and if my CreditCard has been charged, I want the $charge refunded

I purchase this product on 06/and was told that you receive extra free books and was shown the books in the introductionWhen I get this product received the book which I thought would be an hardback and would come along with other hardback books, not having to download the two extra books that would cost extraI was charged $dollars for this paperbackNow I seen the book on their site for $so I was charge $for shipping and handling! Was told I could get a refund if not satisfied if return within days and tried doing that from their website and gotten just a run aroundNo one answers the ###-###-####, just told to contact another site which again you get the run aroundI just want my money backTried to send the package back but got a message dont send it to the addresss on your package, yet it is where they state to send it back to, the man at my postoffice told me not to send it back there to that mailing address

I tried to order the Fat Diminisher System today for the price of $ I put in all the information I have a new credit card so naturally I used that one since the one they had on file was no longer valid I also put in the date my card expired which was 03/** However when I clicked on process order it changed my expiration date back to 01/** which was the expiration date of my old card It also gave the following message We're sorry but your order cannot be accepted because we don't recognize the device you are placing the order fromOur anti-fraud system marked the attempt as suspiciousClick here to learn how you can fix this They would not accept my new card They wanted me to take a picture of my credit card showing only my name and the last four numbers of my credit card to prove who I was and send them an e-mail to prove that this was my credit card I told them I had never had this problem before when I ordered merchandise I also told them that there was something wrong on their end since it kept reverting back to my old expiration date even though it showed the expiration date of my new card They also would not take my order over the phone They told me it would take hours to send me the e-mail I told them I was not going to leave my computer on for hours I also called the people sponsoring the Fat Diminisher Program and I'm still waiting to hear from them I would not order anything from this company I also told them I had never had a problem with ordering from any other company who had my old charge card The new one was accepted with no questions askedI also asked how else would I know what my e-mail address and credit card company was if it wasn't me I don't appreciate having to prove who I am and I definitely will not order anything from this company and if you're smart, you won't either

Although I felt that the product I purchased was not up-to-par, the Customer Service I received from Jason (who is from the UK) was beyond excellent!! He was helpful and a delight to talk with

Ordered 'Fungus Destroyer' credit card billed but never received product

This company does not comply with U.Sspam laws A number of their advertising affiliates are flooding my inbox with spam for their products I've complained to Software Projects, but they don't care Obviously, they are located in another country, so U.Slaws mean nothing to them
U.Sbased affiliate marketing programs will shut down the account of any affiliate who sends unsolicited emails and will withhold payment of any commissions due to that affiliate It seems that this company has no problem with affiliates violating U.Santi-spam laws
I am working with the Federal Trade Commission to hopefully get this scamming, spamming business shut down

This company treated me as fairly as possible and was unusually pleasant in doing so

ordered Diabetes Free stuff and they took the money without full disclosure of offer Money back guarantee within days is a scam They ignored my request for a refund, Material sent was old info and outdated Do not do any business with these people

Terrible management, no empathy towards employee or customer

This is one Company with alot of integrityThey promptly refunded my monies on a product not suitable for meThey are easy to reach (even on a Sunday) and are dedicated to pleasing the customerSeems to meI would recommend this Company to anyone!
