Today 10/7/ [redacted] I called Solar City to make a payment and they were not able to tell me how much I owed them, because there is still another account linked to mine (Refer to Revdex.com claim [redacted] for the first part of the storySolar City told me two months ago that this issue was taken care of and yet again here I am dealing with the same problemI want my account fixed in my name and my name only and I want to be able to make a payment and I wish that the company can tell me exactly what I owe them and not what my neighbors owe themI wish for the company to credit my account for my last billing statement amount due to all the hassle and I wish for the company to actually fix the issue of breaching my information and having my account linked with another account immediately as this has been going on for months nowI am pursuing a small claims lawyer as we speakI wish that solar city would get their act together and fix this account and stop playing aroundThe only reason I found out it was not fixed as they stated it was two months ago was because I called in to make a payment and they did not know what I even owed them on my billing statement

Complaint: In 10-we signed a contract with Solar CityThey conducted a Site Survey and told us to get our roof replaced before the panels could be installedWe had the roof replaced and Solar City conducted an inspection and said that we were good to go forward Nothing happened for two monthsWe were told Solar City was waiting on approval for our permit for the panels and then we finally heard that the permit had been rejected We kept emailing and calling customer service to ask why this had happenedThey would tell us they were looking at it but never get back to usWe contacted Solar City’s Engineering department, same thing Then on 1-20-15, we finally received an answer from customer service saying that we were disqualified because our roof trusses needed to be brought to codeNo mention of this had been made at the inspection Desired Settlement: We were able to get out of our contract and signed up with [redacted] with zero problems and no adjustments made to the roof trusses, so no settlement is requested

When I frist signed my contract I asked the repwhat the $fee was for he stated that it did not apply as long as the monthly payment was made on time, which is was for over years Then I received my bill (late I might add) which had a $fee added to itI call Solar City only to be told that it was not a late fee and that it would be removed from my bill The next month I received by bill (Late again) with anothe $fee added to the billI called Solar City again and was told that because I didn't have autowith drawl from my account I was being added a $fee each month I told them that I was told it would not apply when I signed the contract I was told that it was the companys mistake and customers were not all on their system of forcing customers to go on to Autopay I was very mad and upset over this arrangement of Solar City and the out and out lie I was told from the very begining I agreed to have the Autopayment and try and save $per month I was then told that the $(now $fee would be removed because I was going to Autopayment I received my bill now owing over $plus the two fees I called again and was told that only one of the $fees would be removed I would owe a total of $for the month of July When solar City withdrew from my account they took the total of $for both months withdraw fee and my solar fee I called again and was told that the $the month of July was applied when the bill was generated (before the due date) and I still have to pay for it This is nothing but robbery! I bad mouth Solar City when ever I can I pray that you people go belly up One of the worst companies I've ever met Your policy is one of lying and never telling the truth You need to be behind bars How can you charge customers to have an autowithdraw of dollars per month that is a lot of money for such a small effort on your part Most places only charge a dollar or two at the mostYour Revdex.com reporting policy is a total joke as well I'm sure this will never fall on ears that can do anything about this

My roof leaked 1st and 2nd time it rained they fixed it but I can still smell mold in my garage even I don't see itproduction is not as it was promised and last minute my contract was changed from 45% to 33% .Last month I paid $to solarcity with not enough production and they said they will adjust it in years.I complained they said it is in my contract I did not expecting to pay more now and get adjusted in years I am in limited budget and needed the help nowwill not recommend solarcity to a friend
