Our store manager was waiting for a call back from Mr [redacted] after he had spoken with his contractorThe store manager has never heard back from himOur employees had acknowledged a scruff on the wall; however, they don’t think they damaged the floorFor all intensive purposes, we will clear Mr [redacted] ’s balance to end this complaint

I received your complaint on 04/16/concerning Ms [redacted] *** We have tried on two other occasions to deliver the replacement cushion to Ms [redacted] and there was no one at homeToday on 04/17/we are also going in her area to try and take care of her cushion With regards to the Smart Phone we advised her that we would agree to give her a phone, she or a representative would just need to come by and sign for it If you need any other information feel free to contact me.Sincerely, [redacted] ***Schewel Furniture [redacted] **

Mr [redacted] purchased the bed on May 14, We service all items within a warranty period of one to two years, depending on the manufacturerGiven the bed is out of the warranty period, we are not obligated to repair or replace; however, the store manager is willing to order a rail for Mr [redacted] at his expenseMr [redacted] may contact the store manager if he is interested on the offerWe have full confidence that we have fulfilled our obligation; although, we do regret that we were unable to meet or exceed his expectations

I also have phone records and documentation as well as a witness who was with me when I made my physical first monthly payment an told [redacted] of the problem with my couch. I was told by the delivery people that once they deliver a piece of furniture they could not take it back I would have to go threw my sales person at time of purchase. Schewels is not telling the truth. I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below They never took any initiative of keeping in touch with me over the six months, and said they would look for the partsTheir repair guy came out and looked at it in AugustNo other contact was made other than on my endI was exasperated by their lack of initiative and communicationI had a friend (not in the repair business) fix it in one hour after he drove it from my place in [redacted] to his place in [redacted] I gave him $for his time and travelMy complaint is a lack of concern and response on their part at the store, nit the money! We regret any inconvenience and frustration this experience may have caused Our store manager has contacted the customer, and in an effort to provide excellent customer service has allowed the customer make an exchange Although the manager’s prior decision was well within our policies and guidelines as the damage to the table was indeed not covered by either warranty, he has gone above and beyond to demonstrate the high regard that we have for our customers We do hope we have been able to meet and even exceed our customer’s expectations

As stated in the previous response, our store manager is willing to exchange the mattress as long it is clean and stain free, once [redacted] looks at your mattress

While we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused; however, the recliner was purchased ‘as-is.’ With our ‘as-is’ furniture, we do not provide any service or repairs, but since Ms*** purchased leather protection on the recliner, we are willing to exchange the recliner for the

Our initial response stands Her claim was denied based on three reasonswe meet and exceed all state guidelinesher furniture was not used it was new and we have documentation to prove thisIt is impossible to run an operation the size of ours and have one isolated caseBed bugs travel in packs it would be more like an epidemicWe have no other issues or concerns

As stated in previous response, the warranty ended on April 5th, If Ms*** did contact us prior, we would’ve serviced her before her warranty ran outOur store manager has been in management position over years at the Salem store and she is known to go above and beyond for her customersWe stand behind our previous response

This is in response to the Revdex.com complaint #*** by *** *** *** We appreciate Mr*** letting us know that the follto his initial service call was not adequate While the initial service on September 9th seemed to resolve the problem with the refrigerator, there was a
miscommunication with the repair company concerning Mr***'s call of September This resulted in a delay in resolving Mr***’s problem We have since provided a replacement refrigerator to Mr*** I have spoken to Mr*** and he is satisfied with our response.Sincerely,*** ***, Store Manager

There is no return policy for mattresses however the manager did offer for the customer to reselectBut a store credit is the only option

I agree to have someone come out and look at my mattress as long as you will exchange it for one like I tried out in the store, it was very soft and plush, this one is very hard I understand it is the same brand name, but the one I have now is not soft You can call me at ###-###-#### to let me know when they will be here If I'm not here, please leave me a voice message

What do you not understand about me not getting paid until the 30thAgain I can not help that my father died and I had no jobI have one now and am only a few days behind and you can not extend it to the 30thDay! That is insane and I still have not gotten anything about court so you just keep the lie going and the threatsI will take my complaints back to the internet and let everyone know how horrible of a company you areI can not drive to another location I have no carI can make the payment on Friday or you can take a post dated check if you would likeI want to pay it and never ever use your services again, either take it or leave it or come get your crap! and give me my money back I have paid so far.

the furniture was purchased by my wife and I, *** and *** *** we paid cash and there was no account for financing established and yes the complaint is against schewel furniture in *** va, ***

We have no reservations that the consumer received the correct productThe warranty on the mattress is covered by the manufacturerAll literature and tags refer to a prorated amount after a certain amount of time.*** ***
